基于TH的大学、产业、政府关系研究
[Abstract]:TH (Triple Helix) is the "triple helix", which is the best form and structure of the cooperative relationship among universities, industries and governments so far. It is of great significance to explore the essence and connotation of the tripartite cooperative relationship based on TH and reveal the internal law of its development and evolution in order to build a national innovation system and enhance the international competitiveness of the country. In this paper, following the idea of "one student, two students, two students and three students", this paper first examines the single subject in the three aspects of cooperation, to the bilateral relationship between the subjects, and then to its triple spiral relationship. Combined with the practical experience of developed countries / regions and the previous theoretical work, this paper deeply studies the theme of tripartite cooperation in the network age, the main contributions are as follows: the internal structure and schema pedigree of the university-industry-government triple helix are given; This paper points out the defects and shortcomings of "industry, university and research" in China, and clarifies the response and mission of "official industry and research". Finally, using TH algorithm and scientific measurement, a quantitative analysis of China's triple helix model is realized by means of network measurement, and compared with other typical countries / regions, some valuable conclusions are obtained. The full text is divided into eight chapters. The structure of the text is arranged as follows: the first chapter is the introduction, which defines the main body of the study, highlights the research problems, investigates the research background, and gives the research methods and the framework of the paper. In the second and third chapters, after tracing back to the historical origin, change and development and realistic situation of the various actors of the university, industry and government, the bilateral relations formed between the two are explored and considered. In order to further study the triple helix relationship, the cornerstone of the starting point is laid. The fourth chapter introduces the advanced practice and successful experience of the United States, Japan, the European Union and other major developed countries / regions in universities, enterprises and governments to promote economic development, academic research, knowledge expansion, technology development and so on. In chapter 5, the national innovation system based on knowledge, the post-Humboldt model and the TH model system parallel to them, the triple helix, are described in detail, and the types of TH and its latest international research trends are reviewed in detail. In the sixth chapter, we use TH model theory to mine and sort out the cases provided in the fourth chapter, and find and give the complete plate ligand and bond chain combination which constitute the university-government-industry triple helix. As the external expression of "genotypic", some "present type" genus and the schema pedigree composed of them. After introducing a switching transformation as a transition, this paper introduces TH algorithm, scientific measurement, network metrology and its concrete application. Some TH characteristics of some countries or regional organizations are compared and studied. The seventh chapter studies the university-industry-government relationship in China based on TH. Starting with the growth of Chinese universities, the development of high-tech industries and the transformation of government functions, after a brief analysis of China's national innovation system, This paper analyzes and points out the negligence and paper leakage of the concept of "industry-university-research", and gives the cooperative mode of "official industry and science" which can communicate with the international community. Finally, the model analysis of TH algorithm is made for Chinese cases, and the corresponding conclusions are given. The eighth chapter summarizes the contribution conclusions of this paper and looks forward to further research.
