资本逻辑与分工悖论

【摘要】：马克思将社会内部分工与工场手工业内部分工明确区分开来,并对后者予以了特别的关注。通过对工场手工业内部分工这一资本主义分工"典型形式"的剖析,可以看到:分工既促进了生产力的巨大发展,为劳动重负的减除和人的自由解放奠定了物质技术基础;同时,又造成了人的片面化、畸形化,使之沦为"资本的附属物",丧失了全面发展的可能。分工所呈现的这种"悖论性"特征,折射出资本主义现代性的内在冲突,其根源在于作为权力关系的资本本身及其内在逻辑的作用。在此意义上,所谓的"消灭分工",实际上就是消灭凌驾于分工之上的资本和资本逻辑,而不是消灭分工本身,而资本逻辑的扬弃之路也是困扰人们的现代性问题的扬弃之路。
[Abstract]:Marx made a clear distinction between the division of labor within the society and the division of labor within the workshop handicraft industry, and paid special attention to the latter. Through the analysis of the "typical form" of capitalist division of labor in handicraft industry, we can see that the division of labor not only promotes the great development of productive forces, but also lays the material and technological foundation for the reduction of labor burden and the free liberation of human beings, at the same time, it causes the one-sided and deformed human beings to become "appendages of capital" and loses the possibility of all-round development. This "paradox" characteristic of division of labor reflects the internal conflict of capitalist modernity, which is rooted in the role of capital itself and its internal logic as a power relationship. In this sense, the so-called "elimination of division of labor" is, in fact, the elimination of capital and capital logic above the division of labor, rather than the elimination of division of labor itself, and the sublimation of capital logic is also the way of sublimation of the modern problem that puzzles people.
