我国网络招聘产业:发展现状、趋势与策略

【摘要】：网络招聘具有招聘范围广、无地域限制、高效快捷、费用低等优势。我国的网络招聘产业虽然起步较晚,但发展较快,中国网络招聘行业市场潜力巨大,正处于其高速发展的黄金期。目前中国网络招聘市场竞争激烈,同质化严重,网络招聘产业的实质是一个双边市场,而差异化经营是双边市场平台的重要经营策略。基于对中国网络招聘平台企业面临的挑战、市场发展的问题、现状及未来发展趋势的认识,本文对网络招聘平台运营商的发展提出了商业策略与建议,以期为中国网络招聘平台运营企业制定竞争策略提供参考。
[Abstract]:Network recruitment has a wide range of recruitment, no geographical restrictions, efficient and fast, low cost advantages. Although our country's network recruitment industry started late, it developed fast. China's network recruitment industry has great market potential and is in the golden period of its rapid development. At present, the competition of China's online recruitment market is fierce and the homogeneity is serious. The essence of the online recruitment industry is a bilateral market, and the differentiated operation is an important management strategy of the bilateral market platform. Based on the understanding of the challenges faced by Chinese online recruitment platform enterprises, the problems of market development, the current situation and the future development trend, this paper puts forward business strategies and suggestions for the development of network recruitment platform operators. In order to provide a reference for China's network recruitment platform operating enterprises to formulate competition strategy.
