中国产权改革的顶层设计和产权理论的学术前沿——刘诗白经济思想研究之二

【摘要】：刘诗白教授长期以来紧密结合中国社会主义所有制改造的实践,在马克思主义所有制理论的基础上,运用科学抽象的方法,系统地分析了有关产权概念、财产权功能、企业产权和社会主义国有企业产权制度等问题,对中国产权改革进行了"顶层设计",提出了独到的真知灼见,创立了经过实践检验行之有效的产权理论.
[Abstract]:For a long time, Professor Liu Shibai closely combined with the practice of socialist ownership reform in China, on the basis of Marxist ownership theory, using scientific and abstract methods, systematically analyzed the concept of property rights and the function of property rights. On the problems of enterprise property right and socialist state-owned enterprise property right system, the top-level design of property right reform in China is carried out, the original insight is put forward, and the property right theory which has been tested and proved effective by practice is established.
