劳动力演化为人力资本的新型生产关系变革路径研究

【摘要】:在现代市场经济的发展中,劳动力价值不断提高,由经典劳动力价值逐渐趋向于现代劳动力价值的实现,并最终演变为人力资本;人力资本分享剩余价值是新生的社会现象,其不同于西方经济学所谓的人力投资,应该用劳动价值论科学分析劳动力价值的构成以及劳动力成为人力资本的充分必要条件;劳动力在不同的生产方式下具有不同的属性,劳动力的不同属性实际揭示着不同的生产关系;劳动力演变为人力资本其代表的是一种新型的生产关系,是从传统的资本主义生产关系向未来社会主义生产关系的过渡;新型生产关系就是赋予劳动力以人力资本的地位,承认人力资本与物质资本共同拥有企业所有权,分享活劳动所新创造的价值;在新型生产关系下,建立新型的企业制度,能实现高效、公平的分配,既解放发展生产力,又能较好地实现共同富裕的目标。
[Abstract]:In the development of modern market economy, the value of labor force continues to improve, from the classical labor value gradually tends to the realization of modern labor value, and finally evolved into human capital, human capital sharing surplus value is a new social phenomenon, which is different from the so-called human investment in western economics, we should use labor value theory to scientifically analyze the composition of labor value and the necessary and sufficient conditions for labor force to become human capital. The labor force has different attributes under different modes of production, and the different attributes of the labor force actually reveal different relations of production, and the evolution of the labor force into human capital represents a new type of relations of production, which is the transition from the traditional capitalist relations of production to the future socialist relations of production. The new production relationship is to give the labor force the status of human capital, recognize that human capital and material capital jointly own the ownership of enterprises and share the newly created value of living labor; under the new production relations, the establishment of a new enterprise system can achieve efficient and fair distribution, not only liberate and develop productive forces, but also achieve the goal of common prosperity.
