保障策略对农户消费结构的影响

【摘要】：运用ELES模型对不同保障策略下的农户所进行的分析表明,只参加社会保障这一策略对农户增加食品、衣着与教育等方面的消费有促进作用,对农户医疗保健起到的保障作用有限。而既参加社会保障又购买商业保险,则可有效促进农户家庭设备方面的消费,同时,对农户的医疗保健也能起到较强的保障作用。建议加大社会保障资金与财政性教育投入,合理配置教育资源,继续推进"家电下乡"政策并加大监管力度,对农户购买相关具有保障功能的商业保险品种提供财政补贴。
[Abstract]:The analysis of farmers under different security strategies by using ELES model shows that only participating in social security strategy can promote farmers' consumption of food, clothing and education. The health care of farmers plays a limited role in the protection. And participation in social security and purchase of commercial insurance, can effectively promote household equipment consumption, at the same time. It is suggested that the social security fund and financial education investment should be increased, the education resources should be allocated rationally, the policy of "home appliances going to the countryside" should continue to be promoted and the supervision should be strengthened. Financial subsidy is provided to farmers to purchase commercial insurance products which have the function of protection.
