【摘要】：阐明杭州实施轨道交通沿线土地综合利用的重要意义,针对杭州轨道交通沿线土地利用现状与存在的问题,结合其他城市的主要做法,提出杭州城市轨道交通沿线土地综合利用的思考与建议,包括加强沿线土地综合开发的规划研究,明确土地开发范围,明确地铁集团为轨道交通沿线土地做地主体,明确专用筹资地块保障地铁建设,明确地铁上盖物业开发的取得方式,出台轨道交通沿线土地开发利用政策,进一步加强领导、强化监督等方面,以确保杭州轨道交通的可持续发展。
[Abstract]:To clarify the significance of the implementation of the Hangzhou rail transportation along the comprehensive utilization of land, aiming at the problems of current land use along the Hangzhou rail transit and exist, combined with the practice of other city, and put forward some thoughts and suggestions along the Hangzhou city rail transit comprehensive utilization of land, including the strengthening of planning of land along the comprehensive development, make clear the scope of land development, clear Metro Group do main land along the rail, clear special financing guarantee plots of subway construction, made clear the Metro property development, the introduction of rail transportation along the development of land use policies, to further strengthen the leadership, strengthen supervision, to ensure the sustainable development of Hangzhou rail transit.
