静乐县特色农业发展研究

【摘要】：当前是我国加快发展现代农业,推进社会主义新农村建设的关进时期,全面建设小康社会、解决民生问题的重点和难点在农村。发展特色经济是推进农业产业聚集升级,转变农业发展方向、优化产业布局,是全面建设小康社会的重要手段。利用区域内特色农业产业培育出具有市场竞争力量的农产品,利用其联动第二、三产业,才能最终实现区域农业及整体经济的跨越式发展。本文在汲取国内外学者研究成果的基础上,以科学发展观为指导,通过运用区域经济学、农业可持续发展、农村经济管理、农业推广学等相关理论,对静乐县特色农业基本情况进行调查研究,利用产量规模优势分析、规模比较优势、综合比较优势分析及潜力优势分析静乐县特色农产品的优势所在,针对特色农业发展现状及出现的投入水平低,各部门合作松散及品牌意识不强,销售渠道不畅等问题进行研究,提出针对静乐县开发特色产业的发展思路及建议,希望以点带面对社会主义新农村建设时期如何发展特色产业提供建议,并探索调整农业结构对实现农民增收的实践意义。
[Abstract]:At present our country is speeding up the development of modern agriculture, promote the construction of new socialist countryside in the period of building a well-off society, the emphasis and difficulty to solve the livelihood problems in rural areas. The development of characteristic economy is to promote the upgrading of the agricultural industry agglomeration, agricultural development direction, optimize the industrial layout, is an important means of building a well-off society. By region the characteristics of agricultural industry produce a market competitive power of agricultural products, the use of the second, third industry linkage, in order to realize the leaping development of regional agriculture and the economy as a whole. This paper based on absorbing the research results of scholars at home and abroad, with Scientific Outlook on Development as a guide, through the use of regional economics, sustainable development of agriculture and rural economic management theory agricultural extension, investigation and Research on the basic situation of the agricultural characteristic jingle Xian, analyzed by production scale advantages, scale Comparative advantage, comparative advantage analysis and potential advantage analysis of the characteristics of agricultural products jinglexian advantage, according to the present situation of characteristic agricultural development and investment level is low, the cooperation between government departments and the loose brand awareness is not strong, the problem of poor sales channels, put forward ideas and suggestions for the development of special industries jinglexian. I hope to point to face during the new socialist rural construction to the development of special industries to provide advice, and to explore the adjustment of agricultural structure to realize farmers practical significance.
