【摘要】：改革开放以来,我国经济快速发展,城乡居民生活水平的不断提高,人们也更会劳逸结合,带动了休闲农业的发展,休闲农业与现代农业、社会主义新农村建设有着十分密切的联系,近来出现蓬勃发展之势。发展休闲农业既能满足人们接近自然、回归自然的需求,也可以促进农村地区的发展,促进农民就业和增收,延长农业产业链。这也成为了我国经济建设的一部分。休闲农业蕴藏着巨大的市场潜力和广阔的发展前景。国外的休闲农业发展得早,本文就借鉴国外的经验和理论基础,结合相关文献进行了研究,也介绍了研究目的及思路。本文分析我国城郊休闲农业发展环境及现状,包括其发展主要类型和模式,此外以长沙市为例,介绍长沙市城郊休闲农业功能及意义。根据长沙市城郊休闲农业发展概况,用SWOT分析法分析长沙市休闲农业的优劣,以及所面临对的机遇挑战。通过对城郊休闲农业发展经验分析,包括欧盟,日本,美国,台湾的,给长沙城郊休闲农业发展一些启示,给出相应的对策。休闲农业能发展起来,对长沙市的经济发展将会带来一定的促进作用,这对长沙市的意义极大。但是,这也不是少数人努力能做到的,大家要一起采取措施,做出一些有利于的行动。另外,抓住主要矛盾,依托科技,因地制宜地发挥资源优势,实现休闲农业的健康、快速、可持续发展。

This paper analyses the development of leisure agriculture in suburban environment and current situation in our country, including its development The main types and models, in addition to Changsha city as an example, the Changsha city suburban leisure agriculture. According to the function and significance of the development of leisure agriculture in Changsha City, analysis of the advantages and disadvantages analysis of Changsha leisure agriculture with SWOT, and facing opportunities and challenges on. Through the analysis, the leisure experience of the agricultural development of suburbs including the European Union, the United States, Japan, Taiwan, the development of some enlightenment to Changsha leisure agriculture, the corresponding countermeasures are given. Leisure agriculture can be developed, will be on the Changsha city economic development has a certain role in promoting, the Changsha city of great significance.
