【摘要】：随着生活水平的提高,人们对于生活品质量的追求越来越高,绿色食品,有机食品也越来越受欢迎。物联网等技术的发展满足了人们对于食品质量安全越来越高的要求,很多农产品已经实现了从生产、加工、物流到销售整个过程的可追溯,让消费者可以买到放心肉、放心菜。比如在肉产品领域,由于政府对于监管要求较为严格,已经形成了非常成熟的追溯体系。自从三鹿事件之后,我国的乳产品行业受到了极大的冲击,很多消费者对于国产的乳产品已经失去了信任,往往优先购买国外的乳产品,由于乳产品自身的特殊性,储存不便,保质期短,而且很多原奶是从散户收集的,因此,对于乳产品的追溯体系一直未能完善。整个乳品的供应链从奶牛的日常管理到产奶环节,原奶的收集和加工,到运输以及销售,很多企业对于供应链的追溯环节是不完整的,多数能够完成从加工到销售,但是缺少非常重要的原奶收集环节。现在我国奶牛养殖正在向着规模化、信息化、精细化的方向发展,集约化的奶牛场将渐渐地取代散户养殖和奶牛养殖小区等小规模的奶牛养殖模式。在规模化的奶牛场中,对于奶牛的日常管理,已经渐渐地实现了自动化和信息化,可以实时对每一头奶牛的健康状况进行监测,并根据每头奶牛的个体情况来确定其每天饲料的投喂量以及不同种类饲料的配比。现有的奶牛场管理模式中,对于质量追溯体系的运用是比较欠缺的。如果能够将质量追溯体系运用到日常的奶牛精细化管理中的产奶和饲料投喂两个环节,那么通过奶牛的产奶批次就可以追溯到奶牛的入场信息、日常健康信息、每天的饲料投喂情况等相关的奶牛信息,这是文本研究的一个重点。本文对现有的农产品质量追溯体系进行了总结和归纳,借鉴了农产品质量追溯体系构建的经验,结合乳产品供应链的实际需要以及奶牛场精细化管理的实际生产要求,提出了一套基于质量追溯体系的奶牛场精细化管理模式,将质量追溯体系和奶牛精细化管理有机地结合在一起。并针对奶牛场精细化管理中的饲料管理,结合实际的生产需要,对饲料配方优化算法进行了改进,减小了奶牛场的运营成本,提高了乳产品的质量。最后,为对理论研究进行论证,开发了一套供奶牛场工作人员使用的奶牛场管理信息系统。

The development of Internet of things and other technologies meet the increasing requirements of food quality and safety, many agricultural products have been achieved from production, processing. Logistics to the sale of the entire process can be traced, so that consumers can buy rest assured meat, food, for example, in the area of meat products, because the government is more stringent regulatory requirements. A very mature tracing system has been formed. Since Sanlu incident, the dairy industry in China has been greatly affected, many consumers have lost trust in domestic dairy products. Often preferential purchase of foreign milk products, due to the particularity of milk products, storage inconvenience, short shelf life, and a lot of raw milk is collected from retail investors, so. The tracing system for dairy products has not been perfect. The whole supply chain of dairy products from the daily management of cows to milk production, raw milk collection and processing, to transport and sales. Many enterprises for the supply chain traceability is incomplete, most can complete from processing to sales, but the lack of a very important raw milk collection link. In the direction of fine development, intensive dairy farm will gradually replace the small scale dairy breeding mode such as individual farming and dairy cattle farming community. In the large-scale dairy farm, the daily management of dairy cattle will be gradually replaced. It has gradually realized automation and information, which can monitor the health status of every cow in real time. And according to the individual situation of each cow to determine the daily feed feed and the proportion of different kinds of feed. The existing dairy farm management model. If the quality traceability system can be applied to the daily fine management of dairy cattle milk production and feed two links. Then through the milk production batches of cows can be traced back to the admission information daily health information daily feed feeding and other relevant information about cows. This is a focus of the text research. This paper summarizes and summarizes the existing agricultural product quality traceability system, and draws lessons from the experience of agricultural product quality traceability system construction. According to the actual demand of dairy product supply chain and the practical production requirement of fine management of dairy farm, a set of fine management mode of dairy farm based on quality traceability system was put forward. The quality traceability system and the fine management of dairy cattle were organically combined. According to the feed management in the fine management of dairy farm and the actual production needs, the optimization algorithm of feed formula was improved. The operation cost of dairy farm is reduced and the quality of milk product is improved. Finally, a dairy management information system is developed for dairy farm staff to demonstrate the theoretical research.
