【摘要】：根据中央提出"实行精准扶贫,确保扶贫到村到户"的工作要求,驻湖北省公祖村扶贫工作队在该村精准扶贫,在村里参与和参加贫困户精准识别、精准对接、精准帮扶工作。通过"大走访"入户调查和"五评",确定91户贫困户。特别是针对居住环境恶劣致贫的贫困户,有必要进行"易地扶贫搬迁",这也是精准扶贫工作重点之一。结合公祖村"易地扶贫搬迁"工作实践,就工作程序、方式、方法和存在问题、困难进行了调查分析和研究,以期能对精准扶贫工作有所借鉴。
