江西省农民收入变化状况及其影响因素研究

【摘要】：农业是国民经济发展的基础,党中央高度重视“三农”问题的解决,而“三农”问题的核心和根本之一就是农民收入增长问题。江西省作为我国的农业大省之一,农村人口比重常年处于较高水平,如何保证农业人口的收入稳定增长是江西省各项工作的重点解决问题。本文首先利用1993-2013年的相关统计数据对江西省农民收入基本情况作了描述性统计分析,发现了近二十年来的江西省农民人均纯收入基本处于不断上升趋势,但由于上升幅度的不同,本文将其划分为了“增长率的持续下降期”、“增长率的波动低水平上升期”、“增长率的波动高水平上升期”三个不同发展阶段,并就每一阶段的特点和成因做出解释。其次,本文还对江西省农民收入结构的变化作了分析,发现长期以来占据农民收入主要地位的是工资性收入和家庭经营性收入,其中工资性收入己从2013年起,成为了农民收入中的第一来源收入,而且江西省农民收入结构也在不断丰富发展着。同时,本文还发现江西省城乡居民收入差距仍处于较高水平,这也反映出城镇化进程中城市居民和农村居民的生活水平之间的差距在不断加大,作为一个农业大省而言,努力缩小城乡居民间的收入差距,是江西省必须重点解决的问题。最后,本文还对江西省11个地市间的农民收入差距进行比较,结果显示2013年的江西省11个地市间农民纯收入大小依次排名为：新余市、萍乡市、南昌市、景德镇市、鹰潭市、宜春市、抚州市、九江市、吉安市、上饶市和赣州市。本文通过运用主成分回归分析法,就影响江西省农民收入变动的11个影响因素进行计量分析,结果显示对江西省农民收入起着正向影响并按作用大小排序的因素为城镇化水平、农民文化水平、公路里程数、农村人均固定资产投资额、农民人均财政支农支出、农业机械化程度、城乡居民收入比和农村居民家庭经营耕地面积；而对江西省农民收入变动起着抑制作用并按作用程度大小排序的影响因素为第一产业产值比重、第一产业从业人员比重和农业贸易条件。最后,综合江西省农民收入现状分析结果和影响因素的计量模型分析结果,就如何有效提高江西省农民人均纯收入提出几点对策建议。
[Abstract]:Agriculture is the foundation of national economic development, the CPC Central Committee attaches great importance to the "three rural issues", and the core problem of agriculture and farmers' income growth is one of the fundamental problems. Jiangxi province is one of China's major agricultural province, the rural population is at a high level throughout the year, how to ensure the steady growth of income of the agricultural population is the key Jiangxi Province, the work to solve the problem. This thesis uses the relevant statistical data of 1993-2013 on the basic situation of farmers' income in Jiangxi province has made descriptive statistical analysis, found the per capita net income of farmers in Jiangxi Province in recent twenty years in the rising trend, but because of the rising range, we divide it in order to "continue to decline" growth ", the fluctuation of the growth rate of low level rise period", "the fluctuation of the growth rate of high level rise" in three different stages of development, and The characteristics and causes of each stage to explain. Secondly, this paper analyses the changes of farmers' income structure in Jiangxi Province, found that the income of the farmers has long occupied the main position is the wage income and family business income, the wage income from 2013, to the first source of income for farmers' income. But the farmers' income structure in Jiangxi province is in continuous development. At the same time, this paper also finds that the urban-rural income gap in Jiangxi province is still at a high level, it also reflects the city residents and rural residents in the urbanization process of the gap between the standard of living continues to increase, as a major agricultural province, efforts to narrow the urban and rural the income gap between the residents, Jiangxi must focus on solving the problem. Finally, the paper also carried on the income gap of farmers in 11 cities of Jiangxi Province, a comparison between the results show 2013 Jiang 11 city west province between the net income of the farmers in order ranking: Xinyu City, Pingxiang City, Nanchang City, Jingdezhen City, Yingtan City, Yichun City, Fuzhou City, Jiujiang, Ji'an City, Shangrao city and Ganzhou city. By using principal component regression analysis, influence analysis of 11 impact the factors of farmers' income change of Jiangxi Province, the results showed that the income of farmers in Jiangxi province plays a positive influence and effect factors according to the ranking for the level of urbanization, farmers' cultural level, highway mileage, rural per capita investment in fixed assets, per capita fiscal expenditure for agriculture, agricultural mechanization level, the income of urban and rural residents and rural residents the family business and the change of cultivated land area; farmers' income in Jiangxi province has a significant inhibitory effect and effect of sort according to the extent of the size of the first industry, the first industry practitioners and the proportion of agricultural trade At last, based on the results of the analysis of the current situation of farmers' income in Jiangxi province and the measurement models of influencing factors, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on how to effectively improve the per capita net income of farmers in Jiangxi province.
