【摘要】：近几年,伴随着市场经济体系的进一步健全和发展,在农业发展方面凸显出了很多的新问题和新矛盾。当前农产品已经有了自己市场,但是这个市场并不健全,存在着诸多问题,这就导致了农副产品的供求不平衡,进一步也就影响到了农民的收入,鉴于此种情况,强强联合,以强带弱,优势互补的农民合作经济组织建设问题就摆在了我们面前。所以,在进一步推进农民合作经济组织建设的同时还能促进农村民主化的进程,帮助转变政府职能,这对于加速农业结构科学化化发展和积极构建社会主义新农村都有着重要的影响。本文通过对国外农民合作经济组织的发展过程和我国农民合作经济运行情况进行比较,吸收国内外成功的先进经验,找出一条适合潍坊市乃至全国农民合作经济组织发展的科学之路。通过对潍坊市农民合作经济组织运行情况的探索,深入分析了农民合作经济组织在发展道路、运作模式、沟通交流等方面的成功和不足。同时还做了大量细致的实地调查,实事求是的收集真实并且有价值的资料,解析它在发展过程中存在问题和缺陷,找出相应的对策,为下一步的农民合作经济组织的高效运行提出指导性的建议。本文收集了大量潍坊市近年来农民合作经济组织发展的相关资料,材料真实有效。通过深入细致的对比分析,形成了综合性较强,借鉴意义较高,指导性较好的文献。凭借当前经济发展的各种重要指标,对潍坊市农民合作经济组织的发展进行解析,做出了实践意义较强的决策。针对发现的问题,用理性的态度去对待,力求客观公正实事求是。对潍坊市农民合作经济组织已经取得的成功经验以及背后隐藏的显著问题进行实质性的总结,有目标的对影响农民合作经济组织前进过程中的指导思想、外部环境、内部机制等问题进行实质性的探究,最后对加强自主发展、宣传指导和政策扶持、提升标准化水平,加强人才队伍建设、资金扶持、拓展服务方式等方面提出具有针对性的建议,并为进一步加速潍坊市农民合作经济组织的发展提出指导意见。
