现代信息技术推进我国农业现代化研究

【摘要】：农业是国民经济的基础性产业。我国是传统农业大国,人口大国,粮食生产问题是当代中国的头等大事,关系到国家的安全稳定和长治久安,因而大力发展农业生产也就显得十分重要。农业要发展,粮食要递增,最大的潜力就是农业现代化,而实现农业现代化就要靠现代信息技术在农业生产中的推广。现在从中央到地方都把发展农业现代化列入了重要的议事日程予以高度关注。论文进行这方面的研究对于指导当前利用现代信息技术促进农业现代化工作有着很大的理论意义和实践意义。论文主要采用文献分析法、描述性研究法、问卷调查法、上门访谈法、数理统计分析法对现代信息技术推进农业现代化进行分析和论证,以期加快农业现代化进程第一部分：绪论。主要阐述了本论文的选题缘由、选题意义、国内外研究现状、以及具体研究思路和方法。第二部分：主要介绍了现代信息技术推进农业现代化的基本概况。分为现代信息技术与农业现代化的涵义、国内外的发展现状两个部分进行阐述。第三部分：根据调查的结论探求与剖析当前现代信息技术推进农业现代化存在的问题,主要有发展推进不平衡和滞后、信息化网络体系不健全、缺乏高层次管理和技术人才、管理水平有待进一步提高等方面问题。第四部分：重点分析了存在问题产生的原因。主要有思想不重视、缺乏发展的战略规划、信息化建设投入不足、评价激励考核机制流于形式等原因第五部分：提出了优化现代信息技术推进农业现代化的实施对策,包括提高提高信息技术推广者及农业从业者的认识、做好规划突出科学性、加大信息化建设投入等八个方面举措。以期能对我国农业现代化的理论研究有所裨益和帮助。
[Abstract]:Agriculture is the basic industry of the national economy. China is a large agricultural country with a large population, and the issue of grain production is a top priority in contemporary China, which is related to the security, stability and long-term stability of the country. Therefore, it is very important to vigorously develop agricultural production. Agricultural modernization is the greatest potential for agricultural development and increasing grain production. The realization of agricultural modernization depends on the popularization of modern information technology in agricultural production. At present, the development of agricultural modernization has been put into the important agenda from the central to the local level. Research on guiding the current use of modern information technology to promote agricultural modernization work has a great theoretical and practical significance. Descriptive research, questionnaire survey, door-to-door interview, mathematical statistics analysis of modern information technology to promote agricultural modernization analysis and demonstration. In order to speed up the process of agricultural modernization the first part: introduction. This paper mainly describes the reason of the topic, the significance of the topic, the current situation of domestic and foreign research. The second part mainly introduces the basic situation of modern information technology to promote agricultural modernization. It is divided into the meaning of modern information technology and agricultural modernization. The third part: according to the conclusion of the investigation to explore and analyze the current modern information technology to promote the agricultural modernization of the existing problems, mainly the development of imbalance and lag. Information network system is not perfect, lack of high-level management and technical personnel, management needs to be further improved. Part 4th: focus on the analysis of the causes of problems. Lack of strategic planning for development, lack of investment in information construction, evaluation of incentives and assessment mechanism in the form of such reasons as 5th part: put forward the optimization of modern information technology to promote the implementation of agricultural modernization countermeasures. This includes raising the awareness of information technology extension and agricultural practitioners, and making a good plan to highlight the scientific nature of the plan. It is expected that it will benefit and help the theoretical research of agricultural modernization in China.
