国外政府提升农户参与农村公共产品供给动力的经验与启示

【摘要】：农户作为农村公共产品的主要使用者和受益者,其参与公共产品的供给对于提升农村公共产品供给效率和质量具有重要的意义。基于此,本文分析了国外印度、韩国、日本和美国4国政府在提升农户参与农村公共产品供给动力的具体做法,并比较了4国经验上的相同和差异之处以及差异形成的原因,在此基础上提出了其成功经验对中国提升农户参与农村公共产品供给动力的相关启示。
[Abstract]:As the main users and beneficiaries of rural public goods, farmers' participation in the supply of public goods plays an important role in improving the efficiency and quality of rural public goods supply. South Korea, Japan and the United States four governments in the promotion of farmers to participate in rural public goods supply specific practices, and compared the experience of the four countries and differences and the reasons for the formation of differences. On the basis of this, the author puts forward the enlightenment of its successful experience on promoting farmers' participation in the supply of rural public goods in China.
