海南休闲农业服务设施需求及其配置技术研究

【摘要】：休闲农业作为处于朝阳阶段的战略性新兴产业,对提升农业产业附加值、美化农村环境、提升农民生活质量、促进农民就业与增收意义重大。然而现有研究主要集中于对休闲农业发展中存在问题的总结探讨,滞后于实践发展,缺乏前瞻性和指导性。海南是我国重要的休闲农业产业基地,就海南的现实表明,休闲农业服务设施配置与休闲农业发展不相适应,在一定程度上阻碍了休闲农业的发展。为了改善休闲农业服务设施配置不足,本研究以马斯洛需求层次理论、帕累托最优理论、协同配置理论与可持续发展理论为基础,对海南休闲农业服务设施配置技术进行研究,研究主要解决三个问题:(1)海南休闲农业服务设施配置现状分析与消费者需求分析;(2)海南休闲农业服务设施配置游客满意度评价及影响因素分析;(3)海南休闲农业服务设施的优化配置技术。论文共分为六个部分。第一章:绪论。介绍本文研究的背景,提出所要研究的问题,对本研究的研究意义、研究目标、研究方法和技术路线进行阐述,提出研究中可能的创新点。第二章:理论基础与文献综述。对休闲农业服务设施配置的相关理论和文献进行全面梳理,并做出了分析和评述,提出了本文研究的切入点。第三章:海南休闲农业服务设施配置现状与消费者需求分析。通过实地调研发现总结海南休闲农业服务设施配置存在的问题,并以消费者问卷调查为基础分析消费者需求,为后续研究提供支撑。第四章:海南休闲农业服务设施配置游客满意度及其影响因素分析。在马斯洛需求层次理论的基础上,根据消费者需求,进一步分析消费者对现有休闲农业服务设施配置的满意度评价,并运用二元Logistic回归模型对休闲农业服务设施配置游客满意度的影响因素进行实证研究,以期寻找有助于提高休闲农业服务设施配置游客整体满意度的关键因子。第五章:海南休闲农业服务设施的优化配置技术。在前面章节研究的基础上,研究类别体系构建、设施配置方法、分类别设施配置技术及配置策略。第六章:结论与讨论。针对各章节的研究内容进行了总结,并提出了进一步研究的方向。研究主要得出了以下结论:(1)海南休闲农业服务设施配置现状存在设施类别配置不齐全、部分服务设施半径无法满足消费者需求、设施使用舒适度有待提高、设施配置忽视当地农家特色文化与生态保护等问题;(2)消费者对休闲农业服务设施配置的需求:餐饮设施中偏好农家饭庄与饮食摊点,对设施服务半径要求高;住宿设施的类别需求多样,短距离需求特征明显;内部交通设施中主要偏好慢行交通,对设施便捷性要求高;游览设施的环境设施需求明显,服务半径要求极高;购物设施中对便利店需求极大,需求频度偏高;援助设施中对安全救护性援助设施需求大,服务半径多在5-10分钟;娱乐设施以休闲偏好为主,重视乡村文化设施;档次需求要求达到干净整洁,配置档次需求中等;(3)游客对休闲农业服务设施配置的总体满意度评价一般,游客的参与意愿、餐饮、住宿、游览、娱乐设施配置满意度评价显著影响休闲农业服务设施配置的整体满意度,其影响程度分别为0.335、1.246、0.991、0.965、0.848。最后,基于以上分析,提出海南休闲农业服务设施优化配置策略:转变配置思路,以"需"为基进行供给侧改革;完备设施类型,以"农"为主配置特色设施;优化配置布局,以"短"为主设计服务半径;改善设施质量,扩大"中档"设施建设力度。
[Abstract]:In the stage of Chaoyang leisure agriculture as a strategic emerging industries, to enhance the agricultural added value, beautify the rural environment, improve the quality of life of farmers, promote employment and income of farmers. However, the existing research focuses on the problems of the development of leisure agriculture in summary, lags behind the development of practice, the lack of forward-looking guidance. Hainan is China's important industrial base of Hainan leisure agriculture, the reality shows that leisure agriculture facilities and leisure agriculture development, development to some extent hindered the leisure agriculture. In order to improve the leisure agriculture service facilities allocation, based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory, Pareto optimality theory, collaborative configuration theory and sustainable development theory as the foundation, conducts the research to the Hainan leisure agriculture facilities technology research to solve three major problems : (1) analysis of configuration status of Hainan leisure agriculture services and consumer demand; (2) analysis of Hainan leisure agriculture service facilities of tourist satisfaction evaluation and influencing factors; (3) optimization technology of Hainan leisure agriculture service facilities. The thesis is divided into six parts. The first chapter: introduction introduces the research. The background, put forward the research problem, the research significance, the research objectives, research methods and technical route are expounded, puts forward the innovation points in the study. The second chapter: the theoretical basis and literature review. A comprehensive review of related theories of leisure agricultural facilities and literature, and made analysis and on the starting point of this research. The third chapter: analysis of Hainan leisure agriculture service facilities allocation status and consumer demand. Through on-the-spot investigation summary of Hainan leisure agricultural service facilities The existing problems, and to consumer survey based analysis of consumer demand, to provide support for the following research. The fourth chapter: analysis of Hainan leisure agriculture service facilities of tourist satisfaction and its influencing factors. Based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs, according to consumer demand, further analysis and evaluation of consumer satisfaction on the existing leisure agriculture service facilities. The empirical study on Influence Factors of Logistic and the use of two yuan of facilities of leisure agriculture service configuration tourist satisfaction regression model, in order to find the key factor is helpful to improve the leisure agriculture service facilities of tourist overall satisfaction. The fifth chapter: the optimization technology of Hainan leisure agriculture services. Based on above research, construction study on the classification system, facility configuration method, classification technology and facilities allocation strategy. The sixth chapter is the conclusion and According to the discussion. The main contents of each chapter are summarized, and put forward the direction of further research. The study drew the following conclusions: (1) Hainan leisure agriculture service facilities existing facilities class configuration is not complete, part of the service facilities can not meet consumer demand radius, the use of comfort facilities should be improved and the facilities of neglect the local farmers cultural and ecological protection and other issues; (2) consumer demand for leisure agriculture service facilities: Farm Restaurant and food stalls catering facilities for preference, service radius, high requirements for accommodation facilities; the categories of diversified demand and short distance demand characteristics significantly; internal traffic facilities in preference to slow traffic high demand for facilities convenience facilities; the environment facilities demand, service radius, high demand; shopping facilities of convenience stores in great demand, the demand of frequency offset High; aid facilities of safety rescue assistance facilities demand, service radius in 5-10 minutes; entertainment facilities with leisure preference, pay attention to the rural cultural facilities; quality requirements to achieve clean and tidy, medium grade configuration needs; (3) tourists on leisure agriculture service satisfaction evaluation service facilities, tourists willingness to participate, catering, accommodation, sightseeing, evaluation of overall satisfaction of leisure agriculture service facilities and entertainment facilities significantly affect the satisfaction, the degree of influence were 0.335,1.246,0.991,0.965,0.848. finally, based on the above analysis, put forward Hainan leisure agriculture service facilities allocation strategy: to change the configuration of ideas, to "need" as the base of supply side reform facilities; the type, with "farming" main configuration features facilities; optimization of layout, with "short" design service radius; improve the quality of facilities, expand the "mid-range".
