闽北竹业资源利用分析及其发展趋势研究

【摘要】:南平市竹类资源丰富,种类繁多,被称为“竹木之乡”。但在竹业资源开发上仍然存在诸多问题,如竹林结构不合理,区域发展不平衡,规模企业比重小等,这些问题严重制约了竹产业健康发展。本文以闽北竹业资源作为研究课题,结合国内外竹产业的发展经验,采取实证分析法、灰色关联度分析法和SWOT分析法等方法,分析了闽北竹产业的发展现状,揭示了发展中存在的问题和面临的挑战,分析了影响闽北竹产业发展的正反面因素,并以此为据,对未来时期闽北地区竹产业发展提出了若干建议。主要研究结论如下:(1)闽北竹产业发展拥有较好的自然条件,气候宜人,水资源充裕,土壤资源丰富,产业发展氛围浓厚。近年来,政府加大政策引导力度,竹产业蓬勃发展,初具规模,有力促进了当地经济的发展。(2)运用灰色关联度分析法对闽北竹产业内一些子产业进行分析,得出关联度的排序结果,即竹材加工竹材笋加工鲜笋收入。可见竹材加工在闽北竹产业中占有重要的地位。因此应通过提高竹材利用率,加强竹材应用领域的挖掘,重视竹材加工剩余物和化学利用,才能不断促进竹产业健康发展。(3)提出加快闽北竹产业发展的几点建议:应提升产业规划水平,加大政策扶持力度,大力培育龙头企业;应加快产业链条延伸,明确竹木产品发展重点,扩展产业集群规模,提高竹木资源利用水平;应强化产业要素保障,搭建融资平台,加大人才和科技投入,深化项目带动;应推动产业品质提升,搭建公共服务平台,实施品牌战略,建立协会组织,健全运行机制。
[Abstract]:Nanping is rich in bamboo resources and is called "Bamboo and Wood Town". However, there are still many problems in the development of bamboo resources, such as unreasonable structure of bamboo forest, unbalanced regional development, small proportion of large-scale enterprises, etc. These problems have seriously restricted the healthy development of bamboo industry. This paper takes the resources of bamboo industry in the north of Fujian as a research subject, combines the development experience of bamboo industry at home and abroad, and adopts the methods of empirical analysis, grey correlation degree analysis and SWOT analysis, etc. The present situation of bamboo industry in northern Fujian is analyzed, the problems and challenges in the development are revealed, and the positive and negative factors affecting the development of bamboo industry in northern Fujian are analyzed. Some suggestions are put forward for the development of bamboo industry in the north of Fujian in the future. The main conclusions are as follows: 1) the bamboo industry in the north of Fujian has good natural conditions, pleasant climate, abundant water resources and rich soil resources. The industrial development atmosphere is strong. In recent years, the government has increased policy guidance, and the bamboo industry has developed vigorously, taking shape, which has contributed to the development of the local economy. (2) the grey correlation degree analysis method is used to analyze some sub-industries in bamboo industry in northern Fujian. The ranking result of the correlation degree is that the income of bamboo processing bamboo shoot processing fresh bamboo shoot. It can be seen that bamboo processing plays an important role in the bamboo industry in the north of Fujian. Therefore, we should strengthen the mining of bamboo application field by improving bamboo utilization ratio. Only by attaching importance to bamboo processing residues and chemical utilization can bamboo industry develop healthily. Several suggestions are put forward to speed up the development of bamboo industry in North Fujian: we should raise the level of industrial planning, strengthen policy support, and vigorously cultivate leading enterprises; We should speed up the extension of the industrial chain, clarify the development focus of bamboo and wood products, expand the scale of industrial clusters, improve the utilization level of bamboo and wood resources, strengthen the protection of industrial elements, build financing platforms, increase the investment of talents and science and technology, and deepen the drive of projects. Industrial quality should be promoted, public service platform should be set up, brand strategy should be implemented, association organization should be established, and operation mechanism should be perfected.
