山东省烟台市农村养老保障问题调查分析

【摘要】：随着农村人口老龄化、农村劳动力外流和土地流转等问题的出现,传统的农村养老保障模式已不能满足社会发展需要。文章通过调查分析山东省烟台地区农村养老保障发展存在的问题,提出完善农村养老保障体系、加快农村养老保障制度的改革的建议。
[Abstract]:With the aging of the rural population, the outflow of rural labor and the problems of land circulation, The traditional rural old-age security model can no longer meet the needs of social development. Through investigation and analysis of the problems existing in the development of rural old-age security in Yantai area of Shandong Province, the paper proposes to improve the rural old-age security system. Suggestions for speeding up the reform of the rural old-age security system.
