济南市城郊农业发展研究

【摘要】：随着我国城市化的快速发展,我国的城市化水平得到显著提高。人们在享受快速城市化带来的实惠的同时,也面临着众多的问题:农产品价格高,农产品供应紧张,城市环境污染严重,城郊生态破坏,休闲娱乐设施少,精神文化需求得不到满足。另一方面,我国的农业存在众多的问题,存在农产品销售困难,农业经济效益低,农民收入水平低等问题。如何解决好城市和农村出现的问题,是一个难题。城郊农业立足于农村,服务城市,发展城郊农业对农村和城市都有重要的意义。对城市而言,城郊农业可以为城市提供大量的新鲜蔬菜、水果、肉蛋奶,满足城市居民对农产品的需求,同时城郊农业还可以保护城市生态环境,为市民提供休闲娱乐的好去处,满足城市居民的精神文化需求。对农村而言,城郊农业可以有效解决农产品销售问题,而且通过发展多样化城郊农业,可以实现多种经营,提高农业的经济效益,增加农民的收入。济南市是农业大省和经济大省山东省的省会,济南市发展城郊农业是客观现实的要求,也是城市化发展的必然要求。为了进一步研究济南市城郊农业的发展的情况,本文结合济南市的自然条件和社会经济情况,在大量研究国内外相关资料、咨询相关专家以及实地考察的基础上,运用经济学、管理学、农业经济学等相关知识,结合相关材料,进行了深入的分析。试图通过对济南市城郊农业发展条件、发展现状的分析,发现存在的问题,并根据问题找出相应的对策,为济南市城郊农业未来发展提出建议。本文共分为六部分。第一部分,绪论。这部分主要分析了济南市城郊农业的研究背景、目的和意义,明确城郊农业新的功能和作用,并对国内外研究现状进行了总结。最后介绍了本文研究内容、研究方法、技术路线、创新点及不足。第二部分,相关概念认识和理论基础。这部分明确了济南市城郊农业概念,对城郊农业、都市农业、现代农业、生态农业等相关概念进行了辨析,对济南市城郊农业范围进行界定。阐述和分析了城郊农业发展的相关理论,包括杜能农业区位理论和城乡一体化理论等。最后,分析了我国城郊农业发展的三个阶段历史阶段,以及当前城郊农业的五种类型,即生产型、观光型、科技型、创汇型和生态型。第三部分,济南市城郊农业的现状和存在的问题。这部分是本文的重点之一。本部分主要介绍了济南市的总体情况,包括自然环境、地理位置、人口数量和社会经济等方面的情况。从有利条件和不利条件两个方面分析了济南市发展城郊农业的条件。对济南市城郊农业不同类型进行了分析,进一步阐明了济南城郊农业的现状,根据济南市的条件和现状,总结出济南市城郊农业存在的问题。第四部分,国内外城郊农业发展的先进经验。以欧美国家、日本、韩国及东南亚等国家和地区以及我国北京等城市为例,分析了国内外城郊农业的先进经验,获取了关于国内外城郊农业发展的宝贵经验。第五部分,济南市城郊农业发展建议。本部分研究了济南城郊农业的发展原则、发展的定位、发展的对策。根据济南市发展城郊农业的条件、现状和存在的问题,有针对性的提出未来发展建议。第六部分,结论。总结全文,给出结论。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's city, China's city level has been improved. People enjoy the benefits of rapid city at the same time, also faces many problems: the price of agricultural products, agricultural products supply, city environmental pollution, ecological destruction, recreational facilities, cultural spirit can not meet the needs. On the other hand, the agriculture of our country has many problems, there are sales of agricultural products, agricultural economic benefit is low, the low level of farmers' income. How to solve the city and rural problems, is a difficult problem. Based on the rural suburban agriculture, city services, development of suburban agriculture has an important significance to the countryside and the city. The city, suburban agriculture can provide a lot of fresh vegetables, meat and milk, fruit for the city, city residents to meet the demand for agricultural products, while suburban agriculture can also In order to protect the ecological environment of the city, provide a good place for leisure and entertainment for the public, city residents meet the spiritual and cultural needs. In rural areas, suburban agriculture can effectively solve the problem of sales of agricultural products, but also through the development of suburban agriculture diversification, can achieve a variety of management, improve the economic efficiency of agriculture, increase farmers' income. Ji'nan is the capital of a major agricultural province and Shandong Province, the development of suburban agriculture in Ji'nan city is the objective requirements of the reality, but also the inevitable requirement of the development of the city. Through to the conditions of agricultural development in the suburbs of Ji'nan City, analysis of the development status, problems and find out the corresponding countermeasures according to the problems, put forward suggestions for future development of suburban agriculture in Ji'nan city. This paper is divided into six parts. The first part, introduction. This part mainly analyzes the research background of suburban agriculture in Ji'nan, the purpose of and, clearly the new suburban agricultural function and effect, and the research status at home and abroad are summarized. Finally, introduces the research contents, research methods, technical route, innovation and deficiencies. The second part, the related concept and theoretical basis. This part defines the concept of Ji'nan City suburb agriculture, suburban agriculture. Urban agriculture, modern agriculture, analyzed the ecological agriculture and other related concepts, to define the scope of suburban agriculture in Ji'nan city. The description and analysis of the related development of suburban agriculture theory, including Du Nengnong Industry location theory and urban-rural integration theory. Finally, analyzes the development of suburban agriculture in China the three stages of historical stage, and the suburban agriculture five types, namely, production, tourism, science and technology, foreign exchange and ecotype. The third part, current situation of suburban agriculture in Ji'nan and the existing problems of this. Is one of the focuses of this paper.
