太原市无公害蔬菜产业发展问题研究

【摘要】：目前,蔬菜早已经成为人类生存不可缺少的食材之一,但它作为一种特殊鲜活农产品在人们日常生活中的有其特殊的位置。因此,在解决我国农业和农村经济发展的过程中蔬菜产业有其不可替代的地位和优势,也是近年来在种植业中最具活力和关注度最高的产业。但是,从国内外关于蔬菜在内的农产品使用安全的报道来看却不容乐观,食品安全问题的关注度成为全社会的热点话题。在蔬菜产品种植过程中由于不规范和管理不严格以及相关法律法规的不健全,大量高毒高残留的被农药被菜农自觉或不自觉地使用在无公害蔬菜上,这些大量残留下来的农药不但污染土壤,最主要是危害了人民的身体健康。蔬菜产业的发展受到生态环境的恶化、农产品生产加工环境不达标、蔬菜产品的质量重金属超标等一系列地问题的困扰,这就使消费者在选择蔬菜时更加注重健康安全绿色无污染的无公害蔬菜。因此,无公害蔬菜产业在生产过程中加强对菜农的科学技术培训,加强相关政府部门对高度高残留的农药化学品在生产使用当中的初查力度,建立无公害蔬菜生产基地等,在销售阶段建立完善的相关法律法规和科学的行业标准,严格执行市场准入制度,并且加强宣传和监督管理等。最终实现太原市无公害蔬菜产业可持续地发展。
[Abstract]:At present, vegetables have become one of the indispensable ingredients for human survival, but as a kind of special fresh agricultural products, they have a special position in people's daily life. The vegetable industry has its irreplaceable position and advantage in the process of solving the problems of agriculture and rural economic development in our country. It is also the most dynamic and highly concerned industry in the field of planting in recent years. Judging from reports at home and abroad on the safety of the use of agricultural products, including vegetables, however, it is not optimistic. Attention to food safety issues has become a hot topic in the whole society. Due to the lack of standardization and strict management and the unsound laws and regulations related to the planting of vegetable products, A large number of pesticides with high toxicity and high residue have been consciously or unconsciously used by vegetable farmers on pollution-free vegetables. These large quantities of pesticides not only pollute the soil, The most important is that it harms the health of the people. The development of the vegetable industry is beset by a series of local problems, such as the deterioration of the ecological environment, the substandard environment for the production and processing of agricultural products, and the excess of heavy metals in the quality of vegetable products. This has made consumers pay more attention to healthy, safe, green and pollution-free vegetables when choosing vegetables. Therefore, the pollution-free vegetable industry has strengthened scientific and technological training for vegetable farmers in the production process. To strengthen the initial investigation of high residual pesticide chemicals in production and use by relevant government departments, to establish production bases for pollution-free vegetables, and to establish sound relevant laws and regulations and scientific industry standards at the sales stage. Strict enforcement of market access system, and strengthen publicity and supervision and management. Finally, realize the sustainable development of pollution-free vegetable industry in Taiyuan.
