静宁县苹果产业可持续发展研究

【摘要】：苹果,在甘肃省的中东部,已从“一棵树”成长为一项支柱产业。静宁县位于甘肃省东部,是全国最适宜苹果种植的区域之一,是甘肃省苹果种植面积最大、年产量和产值最大的苹果大县,苹果产业已成为静宁县县域经济发展的主导产业。静宁县苹果产业起步于二十世纪八十年代初期,经历了产业探索期、行政推动期、示范推广期、规模发展期,经过三十多年的发展并随着近年来苹果产业规模呈现前所未有的快速发展势头,静宁县苹果产业日益暴露出标准化生产滞后、绿色技术推广缓慢、质量体系监管不完善、优质苗木培育落后、销售渠道单一等突出问题,苹果产业化及可持续发展面临新的挑战。如何全面优化苹果产业生产要素,在苹果产业扩量中提质,提质中创牌,创牌中增效,实现静宁苹果产业可持续发展,全面提高市场竞争力,是当前静宁县苹果产业面临的一项十分紧迫的任务。本文正是在这样一个背景下,通过深入调研,结合国内外诸学者对苹果产业化及可持续发展的研究成果,对静宁县苹果产业发展问题进行深入分析,并提出促进静宁县苹果产业化及可持续发展的思路与对策。本论文分以下五部分展开论述:第一部分,绪论。主要阐述了研究背景、目的和意义,简述了当前国内外诸学者对苹果产业化及可持续发展的研究动态,构建了论文的主体框架,确定了研究方法,说明了论文的难点和可能创新之处。第二部分,苹果产业可持续发展的相关理论。首先依据农业产业化理论,界定了苹果产业化的定义、特点及趋势;其次,论述了苹果产业化发展的主要内容;第三,简述了可持续发展理论,以之引出苹果产业可持续发展的主要内容,为后续研究奠定了坚实的理论基础。第三部分,静宁县苹果产业发展的现状及存在问题。首先总结了静宁县苹果产业发展的四个阶段;其次,以各阶段的特点深入阐述了静宁县苹果产业化发展的现状,在此基础上分析了静宁县苹果产业化及可持续发展的优势;第三,结合现状和发展优势,指出了静宁县苹果产业化发展中存在的主要问题;第四,提出了影响静宁县苹果产业化及可持续发展的制约因素。第四部分,影响静宁县苹果产业发展的因素分析。第五部分,促进静宁县苹果产业可持续发展的思路与对策。在提出问题,分析问题的基础之上,针对静宁县苹果产业化发展中存在的主要问题及影响静宁县苹果产业化及可持续发展的制约因素,结合调研实际,指出了促进静宁县苹果产业化及可持续发展的基本思路,提出了具有可操作性的对策建议。第六部分,结论。从理论基础到实际问题的具体分析和研究,本着继往开来的传承思想,对论文探讨的问题作一个简单的总结,以期为仍需进行的研究做一些指导和铺垫。
[Abstract]:Apples, in the central and eastern parts of Gansu Province, have grown from "one tree" to a pillar industry. Jingning County, located in the eastern part of Gansu Province, is one of the most suitable areas for apple cultivation in the country and is the largest apple growing area in Gansu Province. The apple industry has become the leading industry in Jingning County, which has the largest annual output and output value. The apple industry in Jingning County started in the beginning of 1980s and experienced a period of industrial exploration and administrative promotion. After more than 30 years of development, and with the unprecedented rapid development of apple industry in recent years, the apple industry in Jingning County has increasingly exposed the lag of standardized production and the slow spread of green technology. The quality system is not perfect, the cultivation of high quality seedlings is backward, the sales channel is single, and so on. The industrialization and sustainable development of apple are faced with new challenges. How to optimize the factors of production of apple industry in an all-round way and improve the quality in the expansion of apple industry, etc. It is an urgent task for the apple industry in Jingning County to raise quality and increase efficiency, to realize the sustainable development of Jingning apple industry, and to improve the market competitiveness in an all-round way. This paper is just against such a background, and it is under such a background that the apple industry in Jingning County is faced with a very urgent task. Through in-depth investigation and research on apple industrialization and sustainable development by domestic and foreign scholars, the development of apple industry in Jingning County is analyzed. The paper is divided into the following five parts: the first part, the introduction, mainly expounds the background, purpose and significance of the research, and puts forward the ideas and countermeasures to promote the industrialization and sustainable development of apple in Jingning County. This paper briefly introduces the research trends of apple industrialization and sustainable development at home and abroad, constructs the main frame of the thesis, determines the research methods, and explains the difficulties and possible innovations of the paper. Firstly, according to the theory of agricultural industrialization, the definition, characteristics and trend of apple industrialization are defined; secondly, the main contents of apple industrialization development are discussed. The theory of sustainable development is briefly introduced, and the main content of sustainable development of apple industry is introduced, which lays a solid theoretical foundation for further research. The present situation and existing problems of apple industry development in Jingning County are summarized. Firstly, the four stages of apple industry development in Jingning County are summarized; secondly, the current situation of apple industrialization development in Jingning County is expounded with the characteristics of each stage. On this basis, the advantages of apple industrialization and sustainable development in Jingning County are analyzed. Thirdly, the main problems existing in the development of apple industrialization in Jingning County are pointed out in combination with the present situation and development advantages. 4th, This paper puts forward the restricting factors of apple industrialization and sustainable development in Jingning County. Part 4th, the analysis of factors affecting the development of apple industry in Jingning County, part 5th, The ideas and countermeasures to promote the sustainable development of apple industry in Jingning County. In view of the main problems existing in the development of apple industrialization in Jingning County and the restricting factors affecting the industrialization and sustainable development of apple in Jingning County, combined with the investigation and investigation, this paper points out the basic ideas for promoting the industrialization and sustainable development of apple in Jingning County. Put forward some operable countermeasures and suggestions. 6th, conclusion.
