基于Logistic回归模型的农户参与农民专业合作社的行为分析

【摘要】：随着中国经济的快速发展,我国长久以来形成的小农经济的缺陷越发明显,家庭分散经营,经营规模过小,难以形成规模经营,这些已经适应不了大市场的需求,为了降低小生产与大市场之间的矛盾,我国农业生产需走上一条专业化、商品化、市场化和现代化的发展道路,以提高农业科技水平,降低农业生产的成本,促进农业的规模化生产。农民专业合作社作为一种新型的市场主体,能够在农业和农村发展中发挥举足轻重的作用,是加快社会主义新农村建设的有效途径和重要措施。农户作为农民专业合作社发展的行为主体,其参与行为直接关系到农民专业合作社的发展,同时农户参与农民专业合作社的行为受诸多方面的影响,它不仅是农户自愿提高农业生产水平,保障优质农产品的行为,也是我国现代农业发展的一种趋势。本研究总结以往学者的有关观点,以理性选择理论和合作理论作为理论基础,建立Logistic回归模型,主要从农户的基本特征、农户的社会资本、农户的企业家素质以及当地合作社的发展四个方面进行分析农户参与农民专业合作社的行为。研究结果表明,农户的务农收入比重、是否使用互联网和合作社培训情况显著,并且农户的务农收入比重、是否使用互联网的Wald检验值在0.01的水平上显著,合作社培训情况的Wald检验值在0.05的水平上显著。最后,根据研究结论,本文提出促进农户积极参与农民专业合作社的政策建议:加强互联网在农村的普及和应用;对合作社进行宣传、培训和人才引进;政府加大对农业的扶持力度等。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economy, the defects of the smallholder peasant economy, which has been formed for a long time in our country, have become more and more obvious. Families are operating in a decentralized manner, and the scale of operation is too small to form a large-scale operation. These can no longer meet the needs of the large market. In order to reduce the contradiction between small-scale production and large market, China's agricultural production needs to take a specialized, commercialized, market-oriented and modernized development path in order to raise the level of agricultural science and technology and reduce the cost of agricultural production. Promoting large-scale agricultural production. As a new type of market entity, specialized farmers cooperatives can play a pivotal role in agricultural and rural development. It is an effective way and an important measure to speed up the construction of the new socialist countryside. As the main body of the development of farmers' specialized cooperatives, farmers' participation behavior is directly related to the development of farmers' professional cooperatives. At the same time, the behavior of farmers participating in farmers' specialized cooperatives is affected by many aspects. It is not only the behavior of farmers who voluntarily raise the level of agricultural production and guarantee the quality of agricultural products. It is also a trend of the development of modern agriculture in China. This study summarizes the previous scholars' views and establishes the Logistic regression model based on the rational choice theory and the cooperative theory, mainly from the basic characteristics of farmers and the social capital of farmers. Four aspects of farmers' entrepreneurial quality and the development of local cooperatives are analyzed. The results show that the proportion of farmers' income in agriculture, the use of the Internet and the training of cooperatives are significant. And the proportion of farmers' income in agriculture, the Wald test value of whether using the Internet is significant, the Wald test value of cooperative training is significant. Finally, according to the research conclusion, This paper puts forward some policy suggestions to promote farmers' active participation in farmers' professional cooperatives: strengthening the popularization and application of the Internet in rural areas, propagating, training and introducing talents to cooperatives, and increasing the government's support for agriculture, etc.
