砀山县黄桃罐头加工企业生产策略研究

【摘要】:随着水果产业的发展,砀山县已发展成最大的黄桃产区之一,砀山县黄桃罐头加工企业也不断增加与壮大。黄桃罐头是一种可长久保存的美味的加工食品、并且满足喜欢吃黄桃的人的需求。由于黄桃具有周期性和极易腐蚀性,所以黄桃主要是用于加工成黄桃罐头。也正是因为黄桃的极易腐烂、存储周期短这一特点,加工企业在采摘和加工黄桃时,需要投入更多的人力、物力和财力以保证在更短的时间内完成黄桃的采摘和加工,以及延长黄桃的存储时间。这种投入可以用努力水平来表示。砀山县黄桃罐头加工企业是原材料导向型,黄桃的供应完全充足,本文主要考虑了售价、努力水平的变化以及加工企业和种植户之间的博弈均衡,从而建立起了加工企业的利润目标函数,通过数值分析的方法分析出了加工企业的最优利润随着售价、努力水平、市场的发展之间的变化关系。本文第一章的描述了相关研究背景、阐明了研究问题,并概括总结了国内外文献,这些国内外文献是本文研究的基础。第二章主要分析了砀山县黄桃罐头加工企业的产业现状和产业特征,并概括和解释了三种采购模式如下:市场化采购模式,即农户与黄桃罐头加工企业关联的初级形态。在每年黄桃成熟的季节,黄桃罐头加工企业对农户生产出来的农产品进行一次性收购,双方不签订任何形式的协议,都是按照自身的需求及意愿进行交易,交易价格按照当时当地的市场价格。纵向一体化采购模式,即在黄桃成熟期之前加工企业与农户签订具有法律效力的租赁合同。加工企业选择农户种植的品种,确定种植的标准,确定租赁的果树量,并对租赁的果树进行统一的管理及采摘。相当于黄桃罐头加工企业买断农户的黄桃树的经营管理权,这样黄桃的生产、加工和销售等所有环节都成了黄桃罐头加工企业管理经营的一部分。合作社模式,即黄桃罐头加工企业和一定数量的种植户签订合作协议和收购协议。加工企业提供黄桃果树管理的技术支持和标准要求,由各个种植户之间合作统一管理桃树,加工企业除了向合作社的种植户支付约定的收购价格以外,还会根据黄桃罐头的售价,给予种植户一定比例的补贴。第三章分别讨论三种采购模式,并结合黄桃易腐性和黄桃罐头市场推广引入加工企业努力水平这一决策变量下的生产策略,该章通过目标函数所具有的凹性,得到用参数和变量表示的最优解表达式和用努力水平表示的加工企业收益情况,第四章主要是对第三章中的三种采购模式进行数值比较,通过比较三种模式的最优利润,得知三种模式的黄桃罐头的利润随售价先增后减,且市场化采购模式下的黄桃罐头加工企业在同样的条件下比其他模式的加工企业的利润更低,而合作社模式会在补贴较少时表现出一定的优势,但同时可能会引发违约风险。三种模式的利润函数随着努力水平先增后减,纵向一体化模式和市场化采购模式下的最优努力水平是一样的,而合作社模式下的努力水平较其他两种模式低。所以纵向一体化模式是企业发展壮大后最可能采用的模式,而在发展初期会主要采用市场化采购模式,在发展到一定规模会采用合作社模式,选择好的合作伙伴,处理好补贴使得在市场上占有一定的优势和获得较好的利润。第五章是结合以上分析和砀山县黄桃罐头加工企业的现状提出相关建议。

It is also because of yellow peach is highly perishable, the storage period is short, picking and processing enterprises in the processing of yellow peach, need to invest more manpower, material and financial resources to ensure peach picking and processing in a shorter time, and prolong the storage time of yellow peach. The effort level of Dangshan County canned yellow peach processing enterprises of raw materials oriented, peach supply completely enough, this paper mainly consider the price level change efforts A game equilibrium between and processing enterprises and farmers, so as to establish the objective function of profit processing enterprises, through the numerical analysis method to analysis the optimal profit of processing enterprises as the price, effort level, changes in the relationship between the development of the market. The first chapter describes the research background, expounds the research the problem, and summarizes the domestic and foreign literature, the literature is the foundation of this paper. The second chapter mainly analyzes the industry status and characteristics of the industry of Dangshan County canned yellow peach processing enterprises, and summarized and explained the three kinds of procurement mode is as follows: market procurement mode, which is the primary form of farmers' Association and canned yellow peach processing enterprises.
