基于热量值角度分析中国食物供给与需求

【摘要】:从供给需求的视角分析了人均每日所需热量值,并对每人每日平均所需的粮食、畜产品、水产品、油脂类产品进行热量值的换算,由于蔬菜和水果的热量较低,所以主要计算为人体提供的热量。结果表明:我国现今人口需要的热量正在从依靠口粮提供为主的结构向口粮、畜产品、蛋类、奶类产品共同提供的结构过渡。经计算,我国现今食物自给率为80%,依赖进口为20%,近10年间,我国生产总热量增长率为24.57%,净进口增长率为74.12%。并对出现的问题提出了相应的建议。
[Abstract]:The daily caloric value per person is analyzed from the point of view of supply and demand, and the conversion of the caloric value of grain, animal products, aquatic products and oil products per person per day is carried out, because the calories of vegetables and fruits are lower. So the heat supply for the human body is mainly calculated. The results show that the heat needs of our country's present population are transitioning from the structure of relying on rations to the structure provided by rations, livestock products, eggs, and dairy products. The food self-sufficiency rate of our country is 80 at present, and the dependence on import is 20. In the last ten years, the total heat growth rate of our production is 24.57 and the net import growth rate is 74.12.The corresponding suggestions are put forward for the problems.
