永安市农民专业合作社发展现状、问题及对策研究

【摘要】：2007年以来,我国农民专业合作社得到了蓬勃发展,呈现出数量不断增加、范围不断拓展、规模不断壮大、形式日渐多样、质量不断提升的特点,在推进农业产业化发展和标准化建设方面发挥了积极的作用,但在发展过程中也存在着一些问题,需要进一步的研究与解决。本研究基于对永安市农民专业合作社的发展现状,通过资料收集和实地调查,综合运用文献查阅、典型调查、与有关部门领导座谈、专家座谈、合作社调查等方法,系统分析永安市农民专业合作社的发展特点、经营模式、存在问题,并有针对性地提出永安市农民专业合作社发展的对策建议。旨在通过有效调动农民专业合作社在推进现代农业发展中的积极作用,促进农村经济的快速发展和农民的持续增收。本研究具体的内容框架为：第一部分详细地介绍了本研究的研究背景与意义、研究内容、研究方法及本研究的创新与不足之处。第二部分主要阐述了农民专业合作社的相关理论与国内外研究现状,通过对比的形式,更加具体的区分和了解了农民专业合作社,并对各种国内外合作社经济理论进行详细对比分析。第三部分阐述了永安市农民专业合作社发展的运行情况,具体分析了永安市农民专业合作社发展的总体状况、主要特征以及经营模式。第四部分在认真总结分析永安市农民专业合作社发展现状的基础上,通过剖析,归纳总结出永安市农民专业合作社发展中存在的主要问题。第五部分分别从政府层面和合作社层面提出永安市农民专业合作社发展的对策建议。
[Abstract]:Since 2007, professional cooperatives of farmers in our country have developed vigorously, showing the characteristics of increasing quantity, expanding scope, expanding scale, increasing variety of forms and improving quality. It has played an active role in promoting the development of agricultural industrialization and standardization construction, but there are still some problems in the process of development, which need to be further studied and solved. By means of data collection and field investigation, comprehensive use of literature review, typical investigation, discussion with leaders of relevant departments, expert discussions, cooperative investigation, etc., this paper systematically analyzes the development characteristics and management mode of farmers' specialized cooperatives in Yongan City. Problems exist, and the countermeasures and suggestions for the development of farmers' specialized cooperatives in Yongan City are put forward. The aim is to promote the positive role of farmers' specialized cooperatives in promoting the development of modern agriculture by effectively mobilizing the farmers' professional cooperatives. The main contents of this study are as follows: the first part introduces the background and significance of the research, the content of the study, The second part mainly expounds the related theories of the farmer specialized cooperative and the domestic and foreign research present situation, through the contrast form, has distinguished and understood the farmer specialized cooperative more concretely. The third part expounds the operation of the farmers' specialized cooperatives in Yongan city, and analyzes the general situation of the development of the farmers' professional cooperatives in Yongan city. The fourth part, on the basis of summarizing and analyzing the present situation of the farmers' professional cooperative in Yongan city, through the analysis, Summarized the main problems in the development of farmers' professional cooperatives in Yongan City. The fifth part respectively from the government level and cooperative level put forward countermeasures and suggestions for the development of farmers' professional cooperatives in Yongan City.
