湖南隆科集团发展战略研究

【摘要】:近年来,随着我国经济的发展及产业结构调整措施的推行,作为直接为“三农”服务的农资行业竞争日趋激烈。成本高、利润小、风险大,这些现实压力的出现都迫切需要农资企业通过不断调整发展战略来适应时代的发展需求。湖南隆科集团作为湖南省规模最大的农资流通连锁企业,在近年来的发展中取得了长足的进步。与此同时,由于受到资本和信息化手段薄弱、经营结构和人才结构单一、复合型人才和创新型人才缺乏、集团内部部门职能设置传统、前瞻性不足等因素的影响,企业发展遇到了一定的阻碍,如何改变现状,设计出一套符合企业自身发展需求的战略管理思路,实现企业的持续、健康、稳定发展,已是迫在眉睫。本文围绕隆科集团的发展战略为主线,综合运用文献检索法、SWOT分析法、调查法和图表法等研究方法,同时结合战略管理相关理论,首先从企业产品定位、组织结构、战略目标、管理能力、创新能力、主要经济指标等方面就隆科集团的发展现状进行了分析,总结企业在发展过程中的问题根源所在,印证了制定新的集团总体发展战略的必要性;然后从企业的实际情况出发,运用SWOT综合矩阵表,分析了集团内外部环境的优势、劣势、机会和威胁,这样有利于企业找到符合自身发展需求的战略目标;接着以SWOT分析结果为基础,确立了集团的总体发展目标及发展思路,明确了集团必须实施加强型的发展战略,朝着一体化、多元化的战略方向发展。同时在职能上要不断创新企业文化和人才战略,才能推动企业健康发展;最后,提出了强化公司企业文化建设并树立科学战略管理理念、完善公司组织架构调整和结构化规范管理、明确界定岗位的职责和权限以消除部门职责重叠、增加研发经费投入以加快技术进步和产品创新、实施产品和服务差异化竞争战略对产品进行市场定位、构建专业化高素质员工队伍并完善绩效考核激励机制等六项措施,确保了发展战略的实施效果。本文以隆科集团为例进行研究分析,对集团今后的发展战略制定提供了指导依据;同时,对国内其他农资流通企业如何抓住机遇,制定出清晰可行的发展战略,实现自身快速发展也具有一定的参考和借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development of China's economy and the implementation of industrial structure adjustment measures, the competition in the agricultural industry, which serves the "agriculture, rural areas and farmers" directly, is becoming increasingly fierce, with high cost, small profits and great risks. The emergence of these realistic pressures urgently requires agricultural enterprises to adapt to the development needs of the times by constantly adjusting their development strategies. Hunan Longke Group is the largest agricultural capital circulation chain enterprise in Hunan Province. In recent years, great progress has been made in the development. At the same time, due to the weakness of capital and information means, the single management structure and talent structure, the lack of compound talents and innovative talents, the traditional functions of the internal departments of the group are set up. Due to the influence of foresight deficiency and other factors, the development of enterprises has encountered certain obstacles. How to change the present situation and design a set of strategic management ideas that meet the needs of enterprises' own development, so as to realize the sustained, healthy and stable development of enterprises, This paper takes the development strategy of Longke Group as the main line, synthetically uses the literature retrieval method and the SWOT analysis method, the investigation method and the chart method and so on, at the same time unifies the strategic management correlation theory, first from the enterprise product localization, The present situation of Lonco Group is analyzed from the aspects of organizational structure, strategic objectives, management ability, innovation ability, main economic indicators and so on, and the root causes of the problems in the process of enterprise development are summarized. It confirms the necessity of formulating a new group's overall development strategy, and then analyzes the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of the group's internal and external environment by using the SWOT comprehensive matrix from the actual situation of the enterprise. Then, based on the results of SWOT analysis, the overall development goals and development ideas of the group are established, and it is clear that the group must implement an enhanced development strategy and move towards integration. At the same time, the enterprise culture and talent strategy should be innovated constantly in order to promote the healthy development of the enterprise. Finally, it is proposed to strengthen the construction of corporate culture and establish the scientific strategic management concept. Improve the organizational structure adjustment and structured normative management, define the responsibilities and authority of the post clearly to eliminate the overlapping of departmental responsibilities, increase R & D spending to speed up technological progress and product innovation, Implementing the product and service differentiation competition strategy to position the market of the product, constructing the specialized and high quality staff team and perfecting the incentive mechanism of the performance appraisal, etc. This paper takes Longke Group as an example to carry on the research and analysis, provides the guidance basis for the group's future development strategy formulation, at the same time, how to seize the opportunity to other domestic agricultural capital circulation enterprises, Making clear and feasible development strategy and realizing its own rapid development also have certain reference and reference significance.
