帝皇养生麻茶产业化状况与发展对策研究

【摘要】：帝王麻菜属于长果黄麻,又称叶用黄麻,历史上古老的地方品种分布在我国广东、广西、浙江、湖南、海南、福建和台湾等省,农民习惯将古老地方黄麻的嫩茎叶采摘来做蔬菜食用,是具保健特色的地方饮食民俗之一。帝王麻菜是一种具有高钙高硒和高营养价值的绿色、保健、环保等特点的蔬菜,可作为人体补钙、补硒、补钾、增加膳食纤维的新型保健蔬菜品种。近年来,随着帝皇养生麻茶的各种保健功能和药用价值的开发,越来越多的农户和企业开始进行帝皇养生麻的种植。本文以帝皇养生麻茶产业化的发展为研究对象,通过实地调查、文献研究和SWOT等方法对研究对象进行深入调查研究。研究发现,帝皇养生麻茶产业种植初具规,麻茶种植效益也相当明显,农户的种植品种类型多样化,同时相关的种植技术与产后加工规范化建设也取得一定的成绩。帝皇养生麻茶产业总体而言,优势大于劣势,机会大于威胁,因此未来行业发展前景良好,但是其产业化的发展依然存在产业规模比较小,农户掌握技术水平不高,帝皇养生麻茶营销模式比较单一,农业产业化社会化服务水平低,没有形成帝皇养生麻茶的强有力知名度品牌,产业化发展资金实力不够雄厚,专业人才短缺,农民组织化程度不高,种植技术薄弱和科技服务体系不全等缺点。针对这样的研究,本研究从福建永春县、寿宁县两个企业在帝皇麻茶产业化运作的典型案例调查与对比分析上获得的一些启示,本文最后提出了做好帝皇养生麻茶产业化的发展政策保障,丰富帝皇养生麻茶产品的营销手段,加大帝皇养生麻茶产业资金的投入,加强技术研发和服务,做好帝皇养生麻茶种植技术的培训工作,加强帝皇养生麻茶市场的规范管理和做好行业协会和农户组织工作等相关的对策建议。
[Abstract]:Monarch jute is a kind of jute, also known as jute for leaves. Ancient local varieties are distributed in Guangdong, Guangxi, Zhejiang, Hunan, Hainan, Fujian and Taiwan provinces in China. Farmers are used to picking the tender stems and leaves of the ancient local jute for vegetable consumption, which is one of the local food folklore with health characteristics. Monarch hemp is a kind of green, healthy and environmentally friendly vegetables with high calcium and high selenium and high nutritional value. In recent years, with the development of health care function and medicinal value of emperors' health tea, it can be used as a new kind of healthy vegetable variety, which can be used to supplement calcium, selenium, potassium and dietary fiber. More and more farmers and enterprises begin to plant imperial health flax. This paper takes the industrialization development of emperor health hemp tea as the research object, through field investigation, Literature and SWOT methods were used to investigate and study the subjects. The results showed that the imperial emperor's hemp tea industry had its initial planting rules, and the benefit of hemp tea planting was also quite obvious, and the farmers' planting varieties were diversified. At the same time, some achievements have been made in the related planting techniques and standardization of postpartum processing. In general, the imperial health and hemp tea industry, in general, has advantages over weaknesses, opportunities and threats, so the future industry development prospects are good. However, the development of its industrialization still has a relatively small industrial scale, a low level of farmers' mastery of technology, a relatively simple marketing model of imperial health preserving hemp tea, and a low level of socialized service for agricultural industrialization. Without forming a powerful and well-known brand of imperial health flax tea, the strength of industrial development funds is not strong enough, there is a shortage of professional personnel, and the level of organization of farmers is not high. Weak planting technology and incomplete service system of science and technology. In view of this kind of research, this study obtained some enlightenment from two enterprises in Yongchun County, Fujian Province, and Shouning County, on the typical case investigation and comparative analysis of the industrial operation of imperial hemp tea. Finally, the paper puts forward the policy guarantee of the industrialization of the emperor's hemp tea, enriches the marketing means of the emperor's hemp tea, increases the investment of the capital of the emperor's hemp tea industry, and strengthens the technology research and development and service. To do a good job in the training of emperors' hemp tea planting techniques, to strengthen the standard management of emperor's hemp tea market and to do a good job in trade associations and farmers' organizations and other relevant countermeasures.
