济南近郊休闲观光农业可持续发展研究

【摘要】：休闲观光农业是一种新型农业发展模式,休闲观光农业的发展为广大城镇居民提供了休闲观光的场所,城镇居民可以在休闲观光中回归自然,得到压力的放松、愉悦心情等。济南有着丰富的农业资源及庞大的休闲观光农业旅游的消费需求,这都为发展济南休闲观光农业提供了非常有利的条件。但是,当前济南休闲观光农业发展还存在很多问题,阻碍着进一步发展。济南休闲观光农业发展要坚持可持续发展的道路,这样才能合理规划济南休闲观光农业发展的布局,解决济南休闲观光农业发展瓶颈。本文以济南休闲观光农业的可持续发展为研究重点,重点分析济南休闲观光农业可持续发展的可能及需求,针对济南休闲观光农业可持续发展进行了SWOT分析,了解济南休闲观光农业发展的优势、劣势、威胁与机会,并进一步解析其存在的问题。首先,笔者概述了济南休闲观光农业发展的研究背景、研究目的,概述了国内外研究综述。其次,笔者针对休闲观光农业、可持续发展等进行了理论概述,并具体分析了休闲观光农业发展的影响因素,笔者认为消费者收入状况及其业余时间、游客需求的可持续性、休闲观光园区经营层面的可持续发展、环境因素都是其重要的影响因素。其三,笔者进行了济南休闲观光农业可持续发展分析,具体分析了其可持续发展的需求以及SWTO分析,笔者认为济南休闲观光农业发展的优势主要有:人才优势突出、经济条件优越、区域优势明显、自然条件优越及文化优势;劣势主要有土地资源短缺、水资源短缺、生产成本和劳动力成本高;机会主要有市场消费需求巨大、打造绿色城市对济南生态环境建设的需求、政府推动;挑战主要有城乡居民收入水平差距大、市场经济发育欠成熟、周边地区的竞争。其四,笔者还具体分析了济南休闲观光农业发展的现状及其存在的问题。当前济南休闲观光农业可持续发展存在的主要问题有:休闲观光农业产值在农业总产值的比重低、休闲观光农业产业未形成合理布局、竞争趋于同质化、恶性竞争严重、开发层次低、基础设施有待加强。最后,笔者针对济南休闲观光农业发展存在的问题,提出相应的解决对策及其建议,为济南休闲观光农业发展提供借鉴。
[Abstract]:Leisure and sightseeing agriculture is a new type of agricultural development mode. The development of leisure and sightseeing agriculture provides the vast number of urban residents with a place for leisure and sightseeing. Urban residents can return to nature in the process of leisure and sightseeing and get the relaxation of pressure and the pleasant mood and so on.Jinan has abundant agricultural resources and huge consumption demand of leisure and sightseeing agricultural tourism, which provides very favorable conditions for the development of Jinan leisure and sightseeing agriculture.However, there are still many problems in the development of Jinan leisure and sightseeing agriculture, which hinder the further development.The development of Jinan leisure and sightseeing agriculture should adhere to the road of sustainable development so as to plan the layout of Jinan leisure and sightseeing agriculture reasonably and solve the bottleneck of Jinan leisure and sightseeing agriculture development.This paper focuses on the sustainable development of Jinan leisure and sightseeing agriculture, analyzes the possibility and demand of Jinan leisure and sightseeing agriculture sustainable development, and analyzes the sustainable development of Jinan leisure and sightseeing agriculture by SWOT.To understand the advantages, disadvantages, threats and opportunities of the development of Jinan leisure and sightseeing agriculture, and to further analyze its existing problems.First of all, the author summarizes the research background, research purpose and domestic and foreign research on the development of leisure and sightseeing agriculture in Jinan.Secondly, the author summarizes the theory of leisure and sightseeing agriculture and sustainable development, and analyzes the factors that affect the development of leisure tourism agriculture. The author thinks that the consumer income and its spare time, the sustainability of tourist demand,Environment is an important factor in the sustainable development of leisure and sightseeing park.Thirdly, the author analyzes the sustainable development of Jinan leisure and sightseeing agriculture, and analyzes the demand of its sustainable development and the SWTO analysis. The author thinks that the advantages of Jinan leisure and sightseeing agriculture development are as follows: talent advantage is prominent.The main disadvantages are the shortage of land resources, the shortage of water resources, the high cost of production and labor, and the great demand for market consumption.In order to build a green city, the government promotes the construction of the ecological environment in Jinan. The challenges include the large income gap between urban and rural residents, the immature market economy and the competition in the surrounding areas.Fourth, the author also analyzes the current situation and existing problems of Jinan leisure and sightseeing agriculture.At present, the main problems existing in the sustainable development of leisure and sightseeing agriculture in Jinan are as follows: the proportion of the output value of leisure and sightseeing agriculture in the total agricultural output value is low, the leisure and sightseeing agriculture industry has not formed a reasonable layout, the competition tends to be homogenized, and the vicious competition is serious.Development level is low, infrastructure needs to be strengthened.Finally, according to the problems of Jinan leisure and sightseeing agriculture development, the author puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to provide reference for Jinan leisure tourism agriculture development.
