【摘要】：在人类社会发展的任何一个时期,农业作为国民经济的基础,是人们展开生产活动的前提和保障,农业的基础地位如果受到挑战,将影响到整个人类社会的生存和发展。农业的现代化是解决中国“三农”问题的关键,也是推动我国经济社会持续快速增长的基础。目前,我国的农业现代化水平严重落后于国民经济发展水平,农业现代化建设的滞后已成为制约我国经济发展的瓶颈问题。党和政府历来重视农业问题和农业现代化的建设。党的十八大更是强调了要建设具有中国特色的农业现代化,强调了工业化、信息化、城镇化、农业现代化同步协调发展,这充分说明了党对中国特色的农业现代化建设的重视。因此,对中国特色的农业现代化理论用中国的话语体系进行完整而科学的研究,对于推动我国经济社会的发展和全面实现我国的现代化,不仅具有非常重要的理论意义,也具有很大的实践价值。文章基于国内外学者的相关研究成果,并紧扣十八大以来我国特色农业现代化建设中遇到的新情况和新问题,在此基础上本文努力争取有所突破创新。本文主要通过以下几个部分进行研究:第一个部分引言,包含了研究的背景、综述、内容、方法、创新之处与主要概念界定,为后文的展开奠定坚实的理论基础;第二部分简要梳理了马克思主义经典作家的农业现代化理论,探讨了中国特色农业现代化理论的渊源;第三部分简单分析了具有代表性的美日两国农业现代化的模式,为探讨中国特色的农业现代化理论找到一个可作参考的对象;第四部分详细论述了中国特色的农业现代化理论的发展历程、基本特征和时代价值,具体分析了中国特色的农业现代化理论;第五部分对当前中国特色农业现代化进程中存在的主要问题进行思考,并给出了解决问题的建议;最后一个部分对本文的主要内容进行了总结,并得出相关结论。
[Abstract]:In any period of the development of human society, agriculture, as the foundation of the national economy, is the prerequisite and guarantee for people to carry out productive activities. If the basic position of agriculture is challenged, it will affect the survival and development of the whole human society.The modernization of agriculture is the key to solve the problem of agriculture, rural areas and farmers in China, and also the basis to promote the sustained and rapid economic and social growth in China.At present, the level of agricultural modernization in our country lags behind the level of national economic development seriously, and the lag of agricultural modernization construction has become the bottleneck problem that restricts the economic development of our country.The Party and the government have always attached importance to agricultural problems and the construction of agricultural modernization.The 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China emphasized the construction of agricultural modernization with Chinese characteristics, and emphasized the coordinated development of industrialization, informatization, urbanization and agricultural modernization, which fully shows the importance the Party attaches to the construction of agricultural modernization with Chinese characteristics.Therefore, it is not only of great theoretical significance to study the theory of agricultural modernization with Chinese characteristics using Chinese discourse system, but also to promote the economic and social development of our country and to realize the modernization of our country in an all-round way.It also has great practical value.Based on the research results of scholars at home and abroad and the new situation and problems encountered in the modernization of agriculture with characteristics since the 18th National Congress of the CPC, this paper tries to strive for some breakthrough and innovation.This article mainly through the following several parts to carry on the research: the first part preface, including the research background, the summary, the content, the method, the innovation place and the main concept definition, establishes the solid theoretical foundation for the later article unfolds;The second part briefly combs the agricultural modernization theory of the classical Marxist writers, probes into the origin of the agricultural modernization theory with Chinese characteristics, and the third part briefly analyzes the representative agricultural modernization models of the United States and Japan.In order to explore the theory of agricultural modernization with Chinese characteristics to find a reference object, the fourth part discusses the development of agricultural modernization theory with Chinese characteristics, the basic characteristics and the value of the times.The fifth part thinks about the main problems existing in the process of agricultural modernization with Chinese characteristics and gives some suggestions to solve the problems.The last part summarizes the main contents of this paper and draws the relevant conclusions.
