【摘要】：长期以来,由于人类对自然的任意掠夺,全球资源与环境的严峻形势对人类生存和发展产生巨大冲击,这就迫使人类要走人与自然之间协调发展的道路。当前,由农药、化肥、食品添加剂等化学制品的不合理使用引发的食品污染和品质下降问题,受到人们的重点关注。世界各国都面临着严峻挑战,并都在积极研究对策,大力发展和倡导绿色农业。绿色农业是现代农业发展的趋势,其作为绿色经济的一种形式,已在世界各国不断的发展。我国虽然发展绿色农业的时间较短,但也在各方面取得一定的成绩。吉林省作为农业大省,绿色农业经济在吉林国民经济中的重要性日渐被各方认同,因而发展绿色现代化农业成为吉林省农业发展的目标。本文阐述了绿色农业的基本概念、特征及发展趋势和现实意义。根据吉林省农业的实际情况,分析发展绿色农业的地区优势和资源条件,以及选择绿色发展道路的原因,通过案例分析总结现阶段的重要成果和存在问题,以及国外绿色农业发展经验教训对吉林省绿色农业发展的启示,并找出适宜吉林省绿色农业发展的有效举措,探寻出吉林省绿色农业健康、可持续发展的道路。
[Abstract]:For a long time, the severe situation of global resources and environment has had a great impact on the survival and development of human beings because of the arbitrary exploitation of nature by human beings, which forces human beings to take the road of harmonious development between human beings and nature.At present, people pay more attention to the problem of food pollution and quality decline caused by irrational use of pesticides, chemical fertilizers, food additives and so on.All countries in the world are facing severe challenges, and are actively studying countermeasures, vigorously developing and advocating green agriculture.Green agriculture is the trend of modern agriculture development. As a form of green economy, green agriculture has been developing all over the world.Although the development of green agriculture in China is relatively short time, but also made certain achievements in all aspects.As a big agricultural province in Jilin Province, the importance of green agricultural economy in Jilin national economy is increasingly recognized by all parties, so the development of green modern agriculture has become the goal of agricultural development in Jilin Province.This paper expounds the basic concept, characteristics, development trend and practical significance of green agriculture.According to the actual situation of agriculture in Jilin Province, this paper analyzes the regional advantages and resource conditions of developing green agriculture, and the reasons for choosing the green development road, and summarizes the important achievements and existing problems at this stage through case analysis.And the lessons of green agriculture development in foreign countries on the development of green agriculture in Jilin Province, and find out the effective measures suitable for the development of green agriculture in Jilin Province, and find out the way of healthy and sustainable development of green agriculture in Jilin Province.
