电子商务背景下我国农民合作社发展研究

【摘要】：合作社是弱势劳动人民为了改善生活质量、改变被动社会地位,达到谋求共同的经济利益等目的,通过劳动力、生产资料等入股的方式,自愿联合起来的合作经济组织。截止到今日,距离1844年举办成功的罗虚代尔公平先锋社(第一个举办成功的合作社)已有170多年的时间了。我国的农民合作社在历史上也曾经取得过辉煌的成绩。新中国成立之后,中国共产党曾经带领农民开展过一系列合作化运动,农民合作社在实现国家经济发展战略、促进城乡经济繁荣发展等方面层有过突出成绩。但是随着我国从计划经济向社会主义市场经济体制的转变,农民合作社因为农民生产经营分散、科技普及化低、市场竞争能力弱、大规模农业机器生产模式难以落实等我国农业具体发展实情影响,农民合作社的成长日渐式微。在历史的长河中曾有过多种合作经济理论,但是经过时间的推移和历史实践考察,马克思恩格斯的合作经济理论在整个农业合作经济的发展历程中产生了最深刻的影响。马克思主义农业合作经济理论是在批判继承空想社会主义合作思想的基础上产生的,列宁、毛泽东等人的农业合作思想与它一脉相承,有效的指导了社会主义国家的农业合作社运动,我国现在的农业合作思想也是对马克思主义农业合作理论的发展与继承。现阶段我国农业正处于由传统农业向现代化农业转型时期,马克思主义合作经济理论包含了农业转型的方法。因此如何在马克思主义合作经济理论基础上,把握电子商务技术的发展,使农民合作社在发展中遵循市场经济体制发展要求,按照社会主义经济发展客观规律,发挥电子商务在农民合作社发展中的作用有重要研究意义。本文以马克思主义农民合作社理论为指导,重点分析了在电子商务发展经营背景下农民合作社创新发展问题,针对性的提出了以电商手段发展农民合作社的建议和对策。本文首先对农民合作社、马克思主义合作经济相关理论和电子商务理论进行了研究和述评,介绍了国外农民合作社的特点、发达国家的合作社发展模式、发展现状,总结了发展的成功经验,分析了我国农民合作社创新与发展的可借鉴之处;然后对我国农民合作社的曲折历史演变与发展现状进行了分析,提出我国农民合作社发展中存在的问题例如农村发展环境尚需改善、人才队伍缺乏、信息化程度有待提高等。采用了实证分析的方法从国内现代农业发展模式和电子商务经营模式角度,对合作社在发展农业电子商务经营中的优势、已取得的成果、存在的问题及此后的成长发展等问题进行了分析。最后结合如何以电子商务的发展结合合作社的优势,对农民合作社进行创新发展。提出创新发展农民合作社需要整合互联网合作社发展资源,创新服务体系、培养引进复合型电商人才,建立人才储备机制、发挥差异化网络竞争优势,形成合作社推介平台的建议和对策。
[Abstract]:Cooperatives are vulnerable working people in order to improve the quality of life, change the passive position in society, to seek common economic interests, through labor, production and other shares of the way, United cooperative economic organizations. China's farmers' cooperatives in the history had made brilliant achievements. There have been a variety of cooperation in the history of economic theory, but after the lapse of time and the historical practice of Marx, Engels's cooperative economic theory influence the most profound in the course of the development of the agricultural cooperative economy. Marx's agricultural cooperative economic theory which is inheriting the utopian socialism thoughts of cooperation on criticizing Lenin, Mao Zedong, et al. The agricultural cooperative thought and its strain, effective guidance of socialist countries agricultural cooperative movement in China's agricultural cooperative thought is now on Marx's theory of the inheritance and development of agricultural cooperation. At the present stage of China's agriculture is in from traditional agriculture to modern Agricultural transformation period, Marx's economic theory contains the methods of agricultural transformation. Therefore how to cooperate in Marx's economic theory based on the grasp of the development of e-commerce technology, the development of farmer cooperatives in the follow market economy development requirements, in accordance with the objective laws of the development of socialist economy, has the important research significance to play the role of electronic commerce in the the development of farmer cooperatives. In this paper the Marx doctrine of farmer cooperatives theory, the analysis is focused on the development of electronic commerce business innovation under the background of farmer cooperatives development problem, put forward the suggestions and Countermeasures to the electricity supplier means the development of farmers' cooperatives. Firstly, farmer cooperatives, Marx's cooperative economic theory and electronic commerce the theory of research and commentary, introduces the characteristics of farmer cooperatives abroad, developed countries The current situation of the development of the cooperative development model, and summarizes the successful experience of development, analyzes the innovation and development of farmer cooperatives in China can learn from them; then the evolution and development of farmer cooperatives in China history were analyzed, proposed the existence of China's farmers' cooperatives development issues such as rural development environment needs to be improved the lack of information, personnel, level needs to be improved. By using the method of empirical analysis from the perspective of domestic modern agricultural development mode and e-commerce business model, to the advantage of the cooperative camp in the development of agricultural e-commerce, achievements, problems and problems after development are analyzed. Finally how to develop e-commerce with cooperative advantage, innovation and development of farmer cooperatives.
