延安生态农业发展问题研究

【摘要】：农业是国民经济发展的基础产业,是人类得以生存的必要前提,也是一个国家实力强大不可缺少的重要因素。进入21世纪,工业和服务业迅速发展,使得人们的生活水平得到了很大的提高,但随着时代的发展,传统农业造成了环境污染、土地破坏、能源危机加剧、生态环境恶化等环境问题,已经不能适应社会的发展。生态农业由于追求经济、社会、生态三大效益的统一,得到各各个国家的普遍认可。延安地处黄土高原沟壑区,生态环境脆弱,其农业建设不仅关乎本地区的粮食安全及质量问题,更加关乎到整个黄土高原的生态安全。运用马克思主义理论,深入研究和探讨延安生态农业发展存在的问题及原因,寻求新的发展之路,有助于提高延安粮食质量,保证生态安全,推进社会主义新农村建设。在马克思主义丰富的思想体系中蕴含着许多有关生态农业的思想。其中,马克思主义经典作家关于人与自然、物质变换、合理农业的发展途径、农业生态影响因素、改善未来生态农业方式等的论述为推动生态农业的发展提供了坚实的理论基础;中国化的马克思主义在此基础上也提出了加强林业保护、人与自然和谐相处、转变农业发展方式、建设美丽中国等理论,这些都为生态农业的发展奠定了基础。本文分五部分进行阐释:第一部分为引言,分析了本文的选题背景及意义,对国内外关于生态农业的定义、模式、特点及不足进行了论述;第二部分为相关概念界定及理论基础,对农业、生态农业等相关概念进行了界定,对马克思主义经典作家及中国化的马克思主义关于生态农业的理论进行了阐释;第三部分为延安生态农业的概况,依据一定的实地调查和网络资源了解到延安市的基本情况、发展生态农业的有利条件以及目前所取得的成绩;第四部分为延安生态农业发展存在的问题及原因,其中存在的问题主要有产业规模小、生产方式粗放、标准化程度低、服务体系不健全、效益低等;第五部分为延安发展生态农业的基本构想,提出要坚持马克思主义的指导,遵循因地制宜、可持续、高效性原则,坚持政府主导、农民参与的发展路线,将延安生态农业的发展推向新阶段。
[Abstract]:Agriculture is the basic industry for the development of national economy, is the necessary prerequisite for the survival of human beings, and is also an indispensable factor for the strength of a country.In the 21st century, with the rapid development of industry and service industry, people's living standards have been greatly improved, but with the development of the times, traditional agriculture has caused environmental pollution, land destruction and energy crisis.Environmental problems, such as the deterioration of the ecological environment, have been unable to adapt to the development of society.Because of pursuing the unity of economic, social and ecological benefits, ecological agriculture is generally recognized by all countries.Yan'an is located in the gully region of the Loess Plateau, and its ecological environment is fragile. Its agricultural construction not only relates to the food security and quality of the region, but also to the ecological security of the whole Loess Plateau.By using Marxist theory, the problems and causes of the development of ecological agriculture in Yan'an are deeply studied and discussed, and a new way of development is sought, which will help to improve the quality of grain in Yan'an, ensure ecological security and promote the construction of a new socialist countryside.There are many thoughts about ecological agriculture in the rich thought system of Marxism.Among them, Marxist classic writers on man and nature, material transformation, rational agricultural development approach, agricultural ecological factors,The exposition of improving the way of ecological agriculture in the future provides a solid theoretical basis for promoting the development of ecological agriculture, on the basis of which the Sinicized Marxism also proposes to strengthen forestry protection and harmonious coexistence between man and nature.The theories of changing the mode of agricultural development and building beautiful China have laid the foundation for the development of ecological agriculture.This paper is divided into five parts to explain: the first part is the introduction, analysis of the background and significance of this topic, the definition, model, characteristics and shortcomings of ecological agriculture at home and abroad are discussed;The second part is the definition and theoretical basis of the relevant concepts, such as agriculture, ecological agriculture and other related concepts are defined, the classic Marxist writers and the Sinicization of Marxist theory on ecological agriculture are explained.The third part is the general situation of ecological agriculture in Yan'an, according to certain field investigation and network resources to understand the basic situation of Yan'an, the favorable conditions for the development of ecological agriculture and the achievements made at present;The fourth part is the problems and causes of the development of ecological agriculture in Yan'an. The main problems are the small scale of industry, extensive production mode, low standardization, imperfect service system, low efficiency and so on.The fifth part is the basic conception of the development of ecological agriculture in Yan'an, and puts forward that we should adhere to the guidance of Marxism, follow the principles of local conditions, sustainability and efficiency, adhere to the development line of government leading and farmers participating.The development of ecological agriculture in Yan'an will be pushed to a new stage.
