长春市农民专业合作社实践与发展问题的研究

【摘要】：农民专业合作社是一种互助性的经济组织,是在家庭承包经营前提条件下,由同性质农业生产经营服务的提供者与利用者,或者同类农产品的生产经营者自愿联合组成,并进行民主管理的一种组织形式。经过多年的探索和实践,农民专业合作社已成为发展长春市农村经济的主流。本文从长春市农民专业合作社的实际发展情况出发,对农民专业合作社的发展情况进行了深入的分析。近年来,长春市农民专业合作社发展较快,涉及种植、养殖、农产品加工销售运输贮藏、生产资料购买技术信息服务等领域,经营范围有逐步扩大趋势。本文分析了长春市农民专业合作社存在问题及其制约因素。本文分析长春市农民专业合作社的发展现状。在宏观层面上,本文着眼于长春市农民专业合作社发展的整体发展情况,同时结合三个不同产业的农民专业合作社案例,通过合作社的差异性比较,总结出农民专业合作社在市场交易、信息处理、农业发展及资源利用等方面的突出作用。提出促进农民专业合作社发展的治理策略。在理论分析和实际分析的基础上,结合目前农民专业合作社发展中存在的问题,本文从合作社自身和政府两个角度出发,对合作社和政府提出相关建议。
[Abstract]:A farmer's specialized cooperative is an economic organization of mutual assistance and is a voluntary association of providers and users of agricultural production and operation services of the same nature, or producers and operators of the same kind of agricultural products, under the prerequisite of household contract management.And a form of organization for democratic management.After many years of exploration and practice, farmers' professional cooperatives have become the mainstream of the development of rural economy in Changchun.Starting from the actual development of the farmers' specialized cooperatives in Changchun, this paper makes a deep analysis of the development of the farmers' professional cooperatives.In recent years, professional cooperatives of farmers in Changchun have developed rapidly, involving planting, breeding, processing, marketing, transportation and storage of agricultural products, purchasing technical information services of means of production, etc., and the scope of operation has gradually expanded.This paper analyzes the problems and restrictive factors of the rural professional cooperatives in Changchun.This paper analyzes the development of professional cooperatives of farmers in Changchun.At the macro level, this paper focuses on the overall development of professional cooperatives of farmers in Changchun, and combines three cases of farmers' professional cooperatives in different industries to compare the differences of cooperatives.The prominent roles of farmers' specialized cooperatives in market transaction, information processing, agricultural development and resource utilization are summarized.Put forward the management strategy that promotes farmer specialized cooperative development.On the basis of theoretical analysis and practical analysis, combined with the problems existing in the development of farmers' specialized cooperatives, this paper puts forward relevant suggestions to the cooperatives and the government from the perspectives of the cooperatives themselves and the government.
