【摘要】：我国农业资源过度开发、农业投入品过量使用、地下水超采以及农业内外源污染相互叠加等带来的一系列农业生态环境问题日益凸显,农业可持续发展仍面临重大挑战,改善农业生态环境依然任重道远。农业生态环境改善的活动和政策制定需要相应的理论支撑。因此,系统地探讨我国农业生态环境改善的经济机制,对于提高我国农业生态环境改善活动的效果和政策制定,具有重要的现实和理论意义。从农业生态环境改善的动因、主体、保障、条件、手段和原则等方面,将农业生态环境改善的经济机制概括为利益驱动机制、生态补偿机制、经济约束机制、利益激励机制和协调发展机制。
[Abstract]:A series of agricultural ecological environmental problems, such as over-exploitation of agricultural resources, overuse of agricultural inputs, overexploitation of groundwater and superposition of agricultural internal and external sources pollution, are becoming increasingly prominent in China. The sustainable development of agriculture is still facing major challenges.There is still a long way to go to improve the agricultural ecological environment.The agricultural ecological environment improvement activity and the policy formulation need the corresponding theory support.Therefore, it is of practical and theoretical significance to discuss systematically the economic mechanism of agricultural ecological environment improvement in China, which is of great practical and theoretical significance for improving the effect and policy formulation of agricultural ecological environment improvement activities in China.From the aspects of motivation, main body, guarantee, condition, means and principle of agricultural ecological environment improvement, the paper generalizes the economic mechanism of agricultural ecological environment improvement into benefit driven mechanism, ecological compensation mechanism, economic restraint mechanism, etc.Interest incentive mechanism and coordinated development mechanism.
