【摘要】：蕉岭县是传统的山区农业县,农业是县域经济社会发展的根本。长期以来,蕉岭县始终把推动农业发展,增添农民收入,促进农村繁荣作为社会经济发展的重要使命。近年来,蕉岭县充分发挥资源、地缘、产品、政策的优势,对农业和农村经济布局开展战略性的调整,大力发展山区特色农业,坚持通过生产标准化、经营产业化、建设品牌化,服务社会化的途径,积极发展观光农业和生态农业,走出一条以精致、高效为特点的绿色现代农业之路,以实现农业的发展,农民的增收和农村的繁荣。特色农业在蕉岭县迅速发展,随之而来的是市场对农业生产和发展的需要日渐增长,使得一些原本就长期存在的问题日益显现。农业基础设施薄弱、农业科技投入不足、农村劳动力文化水平偏低、品牌认知度低等问题亟需解决。本文研究从特色农业发展的理论基础出发,对蕉岭县特色农业发展现状展开分析,找出蕉岭县在发展特色农业过程中存在的问题,并联系现实,提出相应的对策建议。主要从完善基础设施建设、提高农业主体的综合素质、培育新型农民合作组织、健全特色农产品的流通渠道、推动特色农产品的品牌建设、加强特色农产品的宣传和提高特色农业科技含量七个方面来促进蕉岭县特色农业的蓬勃发展。
[Abstract]:Jiaoling County is a traditional mountainous agricultural county, agriculture is the root of county economic and social development. For a long time, Jiaoling County has been promoting agricultural development, increasing farmers' income and promoting rural prosperity as an important mission of social and economic development. In recent years, Jiaoling County has made full use of the advantages of resources, geography, products and policies, carried out strategic adjustments to the distribution of agriculture and rural economy, vigorously developed agriculture with characteristics in mountainous areas, and adhered to the standardization of production and industrialization of operations. In order to realize the development of agriculture, increase the income of farmers and prosperity in rural areas, we should actively develop sightseeing agriculture and ecological agriculture and walk out a green and modern agricultural road characterized by exquisite and high efficiency. With the rapid development of characteristic agriculture in Jiaoling County, the demand for agricultural production and development in the market is growing day by day, which makes some problems that already existed for a long time appear day by day. The problems such as weak agricultural infrastructure, insufficient investment in agricultural science and technology, low cultural level of rural labor force and low brand awareness need to be solved. Based on the theoretical basis of the development of characteristic agriculture, this paper analyzes the present situation of the development of characteristic agriculture in Jiaoling County, finds out the problems existing in the process of developing characteristic agriculture in Jiaoling County, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. Mainly from perfecting the infrastructure construction, improving the comprehensive quality of the agricultural main body, cultivating the new peasant cooperative organization, perfecting the circulation channel of the characteristic agricultural product, promoting the brand construction of the characteristic agricultural product, To promote the vigorous development of characteristic agriculture in Jiaoling County, we should strengthen the propaganda of characteristic agricultural products and raise the scientific and technological content of characteristic agriculture.
