基于5W1H模型的精准扶贫政策执行情况跟踪审计探析

【摘要】：正一、引言扶贫资金是贫困群众的"保命钱"和精准扶贫的"助推剂"。《中国农村扶贫开发纲要(2011年-2020年)》提出,要"强化审计监督","剪除查处挤占挪用、截留和贪污扶贫资金的行为"。扶贫审计一直是审计署的一项紧要任务,尤其从2013年开始,举办展开多次专项审计,扶贫政策开展情况会落实在国家有关政策措施中,并在跟踪审计中予以持续关注。
[Abstract]:First, the introduction of poverty alleviation funds is the "life saving money" for the poor and the "booster agent" for accurate poverty alleviation. Poverty alleviation audit has always been a critical task of the Audit Office, especially since 2013, organized a number of special audits, the implementation of poverty alleviation policies will be implemented in the relevant national policies and measures, and in the follow-up audit to continue to pay attention.
