中国大型粮食跨国企业的培育研究

【摘要】:在经济全球化和贸易自由化的大背景下,国外大型粮食跨国企业在全球农业产品市场的主导作用越来越强。而国内大型粮食企业的综合实力远低于国外大型粮食跨国企业,再加上我国市场成为国外大型粮食企业的必争之地,使得我国粮食企业在激烈的国内竞争市场中处于劣势地位。中国粮食企业如何进行跨国经营,成长为名副其实的大型粮食跨国企业,这是粮食企业面临的一个重要的战略性课题,而通过哪些举措为粮食企业“走出去”提供有利的条件,这是政府和企业自身面临的关键性难题。目前看来,对我国粮食企业的研究中鲜有把多个国外典型的粮食跨国企业和国内典型的粮食企业进行针对性的对比论述。所以本文对中国大型粮食跨国企业的培育研究,既能对培育中国大型粮食跨国企业起到一定程度上的实践指导作用,也能对中国的粮食企业“走出去”方面的理论起到补充和完善的作用。本文的主要内容及结论如下:(1)在系统梳理各种国际化理论的基础上,通过对比分析手法描述了国外典型的粮食企业:美国ADM公司、美国邦吉公司、美国嘉吉公司、法国路易达孚公司(以下简称ABCD四大粮商)和国内的粮食企业即中粮集团、中储粮总公司等的发展历程和现状,这为本文对中国大型粮食企业的培育研究提供了充实的依据。(2)本文分别对ABCD四大粮商进行详细的分析,包括经营绩效、业务范围、核心能力、进入市场的模式、风险控制、研发投入等方面,通过研究可以对ABCD四大粮商有全面的、系统的认识,更重要的是在ABCD四大粮商的成功模式中得到有益于我国培育大型跨国粮食企业的启示。(3)本文随后采用以中粮集团为典型案例的案例分析法,系统地分析了中粮集团在国际大背景下的优势和面临的问题,包括产业的隐患、内部制度问题、业务的同业竞争、食品安全、并购与重组、国内外的挑战五个方面。(4)本文最后基于国内外主要影响因素的角度和ABCD四大粮商与中粮集团对比分析的差异为基础,分别从强化粮食企业“走出去”的宏观支持力度的政府层面和构建粮食企业战略联盟、并购重组、适时选择和完善“走出去”模式等的企业层面提出了中国培育大型粮食跨国企业具体的对策建议。
[Abstract]:Under the background of economic globalization and trade liberalization, foreign large grain multinational enterprises play a more and more important role in the global agricultural product market. The comprehensive strength of domestic large grain enterprises is far lower than that of foreign large grain multinational enterprises, and the market of our country has become a necessary place for foreign large grain enterprises, which makes the grain enterprises of our country in a inferior position in the fierce domestic competition market. How Chinese grain enterprises conduct transnational operations and grow into truly large grain multinational enterprises is an important strategic issue facing grain enterprises, and what measures will be taken to provide favorable conditions for grain enterprises to "go global"? This is a key problem that the government and enterprises themselves face. At present, in the research of grain enterprises in our country, there are few comparative studies on the typical foreign grain multinational enterprises and the domestic typical grain enterprises. Therefore, the research on the cultivation of large grain multinational enterprises in China in this paper can not only play a practical and guiding role to a certain extent in cultivating large grain multinational enterprises in China. It can also complement and perfect the theory of going out for grain enterprises in China. The main contents and conclusions of this paper are as follows: (1) on the basis of systematically combing out various internationalization theories, this paper describes the typical grain enterprises in foreign countries by means of comparative analysis: American ADM Corporation, American Bongill Company, American Cargill Company, The development history and present situation of France Luyi Dafu Company (hereinafter referred to as ABCD four grain merchants) and domestic grain enterprises, namely, Cofco Group, China Grain Storage Corporation, etc. This provides a substantial basis for the research on the cultivation of large grain enterprises in China. (2) this paper makes a detailed analysis of the four grain producers of ABCD, including business performance, business scope, core competence, market entry mode, and risk control. In terms of R & D investment and so on, we can have a comprehensive and systematic understanding of the four major grain traders of ABCD through research. More importantly, in the successful model of the four grain merchants of ABCD, we get the enlightenment of cultivating large multinational grain enterprises in our country. Then, this paper adopts the case analysis of Cofco Group as a typical case. This paper systematically analyzes the advantages and problems of Cofco Group in the international context, including the hidden dangers of the industry, internal system problems, interbank competition in business, food safety, M & A and reorganization. Finally, based on the main influencing factors at home and abroad and the differences between the four grain merchants of ABCD and Cofco groups, From the government level of strengthening the macro support of grain enterprises to "go out" and the establishment of strategic alliances of grain enterprises, the merger and reorganization of grain enterprises, At the enterprise level of choosing and perfecting the "going out" mode in time, the author puts forward the concrete countermeasures and suggestions for cultivating large grain multinational enterprises in China.
