【摘要】：新世纪后,我国农村机械化水平较之过去有了显著提升,农机服务组织随之得到发展。江西省开始呈现出农机合作服务组织的多元化模式,与此同时,越来越多的农机大户应运而生,农民在农机服务组织方面的依赖性显著增幅,随着农机服务组织的不断发展,江西省农业产业化进程得到推进,并以此实现了良好社会效益与经济效益的获取。但是,在发展过程中,农机服务组织也出现了较多问题与矛盾,怎样对农机服务组织的发展予以引导,并提高其规范程度,也就成为了当前我国急需解决的重点。本文以江西省农业服务组织发展为调查对象,进行了相关资料和文献的查询、整合与归纳,并结合分析法、访谈法应用,对我国和国外农机服务组织发展的启示与方式实行了探究,通过对江西省农机服务组织当前情况的剖析以及组织存在问题的分析,本文针对性提出了相应的解决办法和对策,希望能够为江西省、乃至全国农机服务组织的健全,和机制创新贡献出微薄之力。论文共七个部分:第一部分,重点对课题选择意义、目的、国内及国外研究现状进行了概述;第二部分,介绍了当前江西省农机服务组织情况以及发展历程;第三部分、第四部分与第五部分,分别就江西省农业、农机化与农机服务组织发展情况做出了探究,且分析了农机合作服务组织的特征、服务方式和主要形式,通过各类运行机制、服务组织的对比,在当前江西省农机合作服务组织发展中存在的问题上有所挖掘;第六部分,重点研究了发达国家及地区在农机服务组织方面的方式与经验,希望能够为国内农机服务组织的发展予以启示;第七部分,进行了多方面内容的探究,例如农机服务市场体系建设的强化、农机服务组织培育方式以及农机服务组织政策体系的构建等等,实现了相关建议的提出。
[Abstract]:After the new century, the level of rural mechanization in our country has been significantly improved compared with the past, and agricultural machinery service organizations have been developed. Jiangxi Province began to present a diversified mode of cooperative service organizations of agricultural machinery. At the same time, more and more large farmers of agricultural machinery emerged as the times require, and the dependence of farmers on agricultural machinery service organizations increased significantly, with the continuous development of agricultural machinery service organizations. The process of agricultural industrialization in Jiangxi Province has been promoted, and the good social and economic benefits have been achieved. However, in the process of development, there are many problems and contradictions in agricultural machinery service organizations. How to guide the development of agricultural machinery service organizations and improve their normative degree has become the focus of our country. This paper takes the development of agricultural service organization in Jiangxi Province as the investigation object, carries on the related information and the literature inquiry, the conformity and the induction, and unifies the analysis method, the interview method application, This paper probes into the enlightenment and mode of the development of agricultural machinery service organizations in China and abroad. Through the analysis of the current situation of agricultural machinery service organizations in Jiangxi Province and the analysis of the problems existing in the organizations, this paper puts forward the corresponding solutions and countermeasures. The author hopes to contribute to the perfection of agricultural machinery service organization and mechanism innovation in Jiangxi province and even the whole country. The thesis consists of seven parts: the first part focuses on the significance, purpose, domestic and foreign research status quo; the second part, introduces the current situation of agricultural machinery service organization and development in Jiangxi Province; the third part, The fourth part and the fifth part, made the research on the agriculture, the agricultural mechanization and the agricultural machinery service organization development of Jiangxi Province, and analyzed the agricultural machinery cooperative service organization characteristic, the service way and the main form, through each kind of operation mechanism, The comparison of service organizations has been excavated on the problems existing in the development of cooperative service organizations of agricultural machinery in Jiangxi Province. The sixth part focuses on the ways and experiences of agricultural machinery service organizations in developed countries and regions. I hope to be able to enlighten the development of agricultural machinery service organizations in China. The seventh part explores various aspects, such as strengthening the construction of agricultural machinery service market system. The cultivation mode of agricultural machinery service organization and the construction of agricultural machinery service organization policy system are put forward.
