收入结构变动对我国农村居民收入的影响

【摘要】：“三农”问题是我国经济社会发展中的重大问题,其核心是农村居民收入问题。我国农村居民收入不断增长的过程中,不仅城乡居民收入差距在扩大,农村居民内部和不同地区间农村居民的收入差距扩大问题也凸显出来。本文在梳理国内外学者关于农村居民收入增长与收入差距影响因素的研究成果基础上,分析我国农村居民家庭经营收入、工资性收入、财产性收入和转移性收入的增长变化情况及其内部收入差距,并实证分析了收入结构变动产生的增长效应。农村居民收入差距不仅包括内部收入差距,也包括地区间收入差距。本文运用Lerman和Yitzhaki的基尼系数分解法,对我国不同地区农村居民收入差距进行实证分析,得到相关年份各项收入对基尼系数的贡献率,发现只有家庭经营收入起到缩小不同地区农村居民收入差距的作用,而工资性收入、财产性收入和转移性收入都导致了农村居民收入差距的扩大。最后,针对制约农村居民收入增长和导致收入差距扩大因素,提出政策建议。
[Abstract]:The problem of "agriculture, countryside and farmers" is an important problem in the economic and social development of our country, the core of which is the income of rural residents. In the process of increasing the income of rural residents in our country, not only the income gap between urban and rural residents is widening, but also the problem of widening the income gap among rural residents and between different regions. On the basis of combing the research results of domestic and foreign scholars on the growth of rural residents' income and the influence factors of income gap, this paper analyzes the household management income and wage income of rural residents in China. The growth and change of property income and transfer income and their internal income gap are analyzed, and the growth effect of income structure change is analyzed empirically. The income gap of rural residents includes not only the internal income gap, but also the regional income gap. By using Lerman and Yitzhaki's Gini coefficient decomposition method, this paper empirically analyzes the income gap of rural residents in different regions of China, and obtains the contribution rate of each income to Gini coefficient in relevant years. It is found that only household income plays a role in narrowing the income gap of rural residents in different areas, while wage income, property income and transfer income all lead to the widening of income gap among rural residents. Finally, some policy suggestions are put forward for restricting the income growth of rural residents and enlarging the income gap.
