WTO框架下我国农业国内支持时间特征分析

【摘要】：本文基于WTO数据,从时间角度,分析我国农业国内支持的时间特征及其存在的问题,为改革和完善我国农业国内支持政策提供思路。针对当前我国农产品供给结构与质量品质问题,提出积极推进农业供给侧结构性改革,调整与使用绿箱政策措施来优化与改善农产品生产结构和品质,间接缓解近年来微量允许的"天花板"压力。
[Abstract]:Based on WTO data, this paper analyzes the time characteristics and existing problems of domestic agricultural support in China from the point of view of time, and provides ideas for reforming and perfecting the domestic support policy of agriculture in China. In view of the problems of supply structure and quality of agricultural products in China, this paper puts forward to actively promote the structural reform on the supply side of agriculture, adjust and use green box policies and measures to optimize and improve the production structure and quality of agricultural products. Indirectly relieve the micro-allowable ceiling pressure in recent years.
