海东市土地资源承载力研究

【摘要】:土地资源是人类生产生活的重要场所,是其他资源赖以存在的基础。资源承载力的研究是区域可持续发展的重要内容,而土地资源承载力一直是资源承载力研究重点和核心。海东市地处青海省最适宜农耕和人居的河湟谷地,是青海省主要商品粮和蔬菜、果品的生产基地。采用单要素评价法从城乡建设用地面积与土地食物产出两方面对海东市土地资源承载力进行实证研究。首先分析了海东市的自然条件与现实发展情况,根据《海东地区土地利用总体规划(2006-2020年)》中的城乡建设用地规划面积、2009-2015年海东市农作物产量、牧业主要产品产量,运用灰色系统GM(1,1)模型预测了海东市及各区县人口和海东市及各区县未来15年主要食物所含的营养成分。根据人均城乡建设用地与人均所需营养成分的标准划分高、中、低方案,测算了基于现有生活水平的海东市2015、2020、2025年及2030年的城乡建设用地承载力及土地产出承载力。最后根据木桶理论确定海东市土地资源承载力的限制因素,得到海东市土地资源承载力最终结果。同时选取2015年青海省与海东市的GDP和种植土地面积两项指标,计算了海东市与海东各区县的相对资源承载力。主要结论如下:(1)2015-2030年海东市与各区县高、中、低方案下的城乡建设用地承载力总体上处于富余状态,循化县部分年份的低方案处于超载状态。(2)2015-2030年海东市高、中、低方案下的土地产出承载力呈波动下降的趋势,由富余状态转为超载状态。民和县、化隆县、循化县2015-2030年高、中、低方案下总体处于超载状态。(3)土地产出承载力是海东市土地资源承载力的短板。(4)2015年海东市相对资源承载人口位居青海省第二,综合承载力处于超载状态,土地资源对海东市综合承载力的贡献超过了经济资源。
[Abstract]:Land resource is an important place for human beings to produce and live, and it is the basis for other resources to exist. The study of resource carrying capacity is an important part of regional sustainable development, and land resource carrying capacity is always the focus and core of resource carrying capacity research. Haidong is located in the Hehuang valley, which is the most suitable for farming and human settlement in Qinghai Province, and is the production base of main commodity grain, vegetables and fruits in Qinghai Province. This paper makes an empirical study on the carrying capacity of land resources in Haidong City from the two aspects of urban and rural construction land area and land food output by single factor evaluation method. Firstly, the natural conditions and the actual development of Haidong city are analyzed. According to the planning area of urban and rural construction land, the yield of crops and main animal husbandry products of Haidong city from 2009-2015 to 2015 is discussed according to the "master plan of land use in Haidong area (2006-2020)". The population of Haidong City and its counties and the nutrient contents of main foods in Haidong city and counties in the next 15 years were predicted by using the grey system GM1 / 1) model. According to the standard of per capita urban and rural construction land and per capita nutrient composition, the paper calculates the carrying capacity of urban and rural construction land and the carrying capacity of land output in Haidong city in 20152020,2025 and 2030 based on the current living standard. Finally, according to the theory of wooden bucket, the limiting factors of the carrying capacity of land resources in Haidong City are determined, and the final results of carrying capacity of land resources in Haidong City are obtained. At the same time, the relative resource carrying capacity of Haidong and Haidong counties was calculated by selecting the GDP and planting land area of Qinghai and Haidong cities in 2015. The main conclusions are as follows: the carrying capacity of urban and rural construction land in Haidong City, Haidong City and all districts and counties in 2015-2030 is in a state of surplus in general, and the low scheme in some years of Xunhua County is overloaded. In Haidong City in 2015-2030, the urban and rural construction land carrying capacity in Xunhua County is high and moderate. The bearing capacity of land output under the low scheme is fluctuating and decreasing, from surplus state to overload state. Minhe County, Hualong County, Xunhua County, Xunhua County, 2015-2030 high, medium and low overall overloading status. 3) Land output carrying capacity is the short board of Haidong City's land resources carrying capacity. (the relative resource carrying population of Haidong City ranked second in Qinghai Province in 2015. The comprehensive bearing capacity is overloaded, and the contribution of land resources to the comprehensive carrying capacity of Haidong City exceeds that of economic resources.
