一个乡村的压缩式城市化进程

【摘要】:在城市发展扩建的过程中,城市的郊区地带自然而然的成为城市的延伸范围,许多建造不合理,功能不健全的城郊农村需要依照规划进行拆除。为了城市化的更好发展以及规划城市空间,政府征用了城郊农民的土地和房屋,拆除了农民祖祖辈辈生存的村庄,失地农民们强迫从自己的村庄搬离,迁至由政府集中建造的供居住的城郊新型社区。在快速扩张的过程之中,一个又一个农村被政府征收,这些农民在城市不断地现代化建设过程中,失去了赖以生存的土地,以及自己的农民身份,他们跟随着城市化的进程,被迫成为了市民的一分子。然而,农民市民化不是通过实施简单的“土地置换保障”政策就能够轻易完成的,更不能片面的以户籍和职业的转换定义“农民的终结”。最新数据显示,2014年我国城市建设用地达3500万公顷,约为5.25亿亩,同年,我国大约有1.12亿失地农民,预计每年还要新增200多万失地农民,而这些人失去土地后都将面临职业转型的问题。作品中选择了河南省郑州市高新技术开发区沟赵乡辖区内的城中村失地农民作为采访对象,进行实地采访了解,选取这个地区的村民是因为其具有一定的代表性,郑州市近5年内共拆除村庄627个,动迁175.65万人,目前有近百万的待回迁民众,暂时居住在城市的各个地区之中。本作品通过深度报道的叙事手法展示河南省郑州市沟赵乡的压缩式城市化进程,将所获得的采访材料从叙事的角度整理成深度报道的稿件,力将一个个失地农民失去土地之后面临的问题展现出来,关注失地农民们从各个层面对城市生活的适应与融入的状态。
[Abstract]:In the process of urban development and expansion, the suburban area of the city naturally becomes the extension of the city, and many of the suburban rural areas with unreasonable construction and unsound functions need to be dismantled according to the plan. In order to improve urbanization and plan urban space, the government expropriated the land and houses of farmers in the suburbs, demolished the villages where farmers lived for generations, and forced the peasants to move away from their villages. Move to a new suburban community built centrally by the government. In the process of rapid expansion, one by one rural areas were expropriated by the government. In the process of the continuous modernization of the city, these peasants lost the land on which they depended for their survival and their identity as farmers, and they followed the process of urbanization. Forced to become a member of the public. However, farmers' urbanization can not be easily accomplished by simply implementing the policy of "land replacement security", let alone the one-sided definition of "peasant's end" by the transformation of household registration and occupation. According to the latest data, in 2014, China's urban construction land amounted to 35 million hectares, or about 525 million mu. In the same year, there were about 112 million land-losing farmers in our country, and it is estimated that more than 2 million more land-lost farmers will be added each year. These people will be faced with the problem of career transformation after losing their land. In the work, the peasants who lost land in the village of Gouzhao Township in the high-tech development zone of Zhengzhou City, Henan Province, were selected as the interview objects to conduct on-the-spot interviews to understand that the villagers in this area were selected because of their representativeness. In the past five years, a total of 627 villages have been demolished and 1.7565 million people have been relocated in Zhengzhou. At present, there are nearly a million people waiting to be relocated and temporarily living in various areas of the city. This work shows the compressed process of urbanization in Gou Zhao Township, Zhengzhou City, Henan Province through the narrative techniques of in-depth reporting, and arranges the interview materials obtained from the perspective of narration into manuscripts of in-depth reports. The problems faced by landless farmers after losing their land are revealed, and attention is paid to the adaptation and integration of landless farmers to urban life at all levels.
