河南省家庭农场经营与信息化应用研究

【摘要】：农业是我国国民经济的重要产业,受当前农业微观和宏观政策的影响,2013年,中央一号文件首次提出发展家庭农场的政策概念,鼓励和支持农地向种植专业大户、家庭农场和农民合作社流转。家庭农场是新时期我国农业从传统生产方式向现代生产转型、由分散生产向集中规模化生产发展的一种创新,得到了党和政府的高度重视以及广大农业生产者的拥护。确立家庭农场在新型农业经营主体中的主导地位,不仅有利于放开和盘活土地经营权,使规模经营与集约经营有机结合,同时对实现农地资源的优化配置、提高劳动生产效率、增加农民收入和促进农业持续发展具有重要意义。本文以河南省家庭农场经营与信息化应用为研究方向,以河南省家庭农场为研究对象,通过深入开展问卷调查、走访等形式,就河南省家庭农场主的身份特征、经营规模和注册数量、生产要素投入、土地流转、信息化程度、农产品销售、惠农政策、经营范围等8个方面进行系统调查和分析,以影响农场收益的粮食产量、农资成本、机械成本、土地流转等主要因素为指标,采用逐步回归分析方法,建立了单位面积收益回归模型,拟合了家庭农场单位面积收益与影响因素之间的关系,从规模效益和单位面积收益角度,提出了河南省家庭农场适度规模在12~13.33hm2之间,回归残差为2.67%。结合河南省农业信息化发展程度和三种不同类型信息化应用的服务模式,提出河南省家庭农场信息化应用对策,即构建“一体两翼三抓手”的信息服务模式和基于物联网技术在家庭农场中的应用。最后,提出河南省家庭农场经营结构多元化、经营适度规模和加快家庭农场信息化应用建设等建议。
[Abstract]:Agriculture is an important industry in China's national economy. Affected by the current agricultural micro and macro policies, in 2013, the policy concept of developing family farms was first put forward in the first document of the Central Committee, encouraging and supporting agricultural land to grow into large specialized households. The circulation of family farms and farmers' cooperatives. Family farm is an innovation in the development of Chinese agriculture from traditional production to modern production in the new period, from decentralized production to centralized large-scale production. It has been highly valued by the Party and the government and supported by the vast number of agricultural producers. To establish the dominant position of family farm in the new agricultural management body is not only conducive to liberalizing and activating the land management right, organically combining scale management with intensive management, but also realizing the optimal allocation of agricultural land resources and improving labor production efficiency. It is of great significance to increase farmers' income and promote sustainable development of agriculture. This article takes the family farm management and information application in Henan Province as the research direction, takes Henan family farm as the research object, through carries out the questionnaire survey, visits and so on, discusses the family farmer's identity characteristic of Henan Province. Systematic investigation and analysis were carried out in eight aspects, such as business scale and registered quantity, input of production factors, land circulation, degree of informatization, agricultural product sales, agricultural policy, and scope of operation, in order to influence the grain yield and the cost of agricultural materials of farm income. With the method of stepwise regression analysis, the regression model of unit area income is established, and the relationship between unit area income and influencing factors of family farm is fitted. From the angle of scale benefit and income per unit area, it is put forward that the moderate scale of family farm in Henan Province is between 12~13.33hm2 and the regression residual error is 2.67. Combining with the development degree of agricultural informatization in Henan Province and the service mode of three different types of informatization application, the paper puts forward some countermeasures for the informatization application of family farm in Henan Province. That is, to construct the information service mode of "one body, two wings and three grips" and the application of Internet of things technology in family farms. Finally, the paper puts forward some suggestions such as diversification of family farm management structure, moderate scale of management and speeding up information application construction of family farm in Henan Province.
