全球化背景下的世界林业发展新理念

【摘要】：文章首先回顾了世界林业发展的历程和理念,以及人类社会对森林和林业认识的变迁。在此基础上,归纳了在全球化背景下世界林业发展新理念,包括绿色发展、全球森林治理、气候智能型林业、森林资源弹性管理、多元化森林经营、林业生物经济及民生林业等7个方面。最后,针对我国当前林业现状,提出了促进未来林业发展的5点政策建议。
[Abstract]:This paper first reviews the course and concept of world forestry development and the changes of human society's understanding of forest and forestry. On this basis, the paper summarizes the new concepts of world forestry development under the background of globalization, including green development, global forest governance, climate intelligent forestry, elastic management of forest resources, and diversified forest management. Forestry biological economy and people's livelihood forestry and other seven aspects. Finally, in view of the present situation of forestry in China, the paper puts forward five policy suggestions to promote the development of forestry in the future.
