农业生产服务的自主供给与市场供给:相互关系与政策思路

【摘要】：农业供给侧结构性改革明确要求合理配置生产要素,而在农业生产服务中,自主供给和市场供给是农户进行生产要素配置的两种重要途径。基于9省区农户调查数据的实证研究表明,在现有土地经营方式下,自主供给与市场供给之间并无显著相关关系,但在考虑生产品种差异的情况下,两者会出现互补或者替代关系。因此,在制定农业生产服务政策时,应充分考虑品种结构、环节特性等情境因素,以全面提升政策效果。
[Abstract]:The structural reform of agricultural supply side clearly requires the rational allocation of production factors, and in the service of agricultural production, independent supply and market supply are two important ways for farmers to carry out the allocation of production factors. The empirical study based on the survey data of farmers in 9 provinces shows that the independent supply and market supply are between the existing land through camp and the market supply. There is no significant correlation, but in the case of different varieties of production, the two will have complementary or alternative relations. Therefore, in the formulation of agricultural production service policy, we should take full consideration of the situation factors such as variety structure, link characteristics and so on, in order to improve the policy effect.
