温州清江镇生态循环农业发展研究

【摘要】：当前温州农业生态环境遭遇到非常大的挑战,传统农业受到资源和环境的制约而由此所承载的生态压力越来越突出。严竣的现实情形决定了温州农业发展必须走现代生态循环农业的可持续发展之路。近年来,在浙江实施“五水共治”的背景下,温州市深入贯彻落实科学发展观,围绕建设“美丽浙南水乡”和现代都市农业的发展战略要求,以农业“两区”建设为平台,坚持生产发展与生态保护并重原则,积极推进生态循环农业发展。本文以温州市清江镇发展生态循环农业为研究对象,内容主要包括五大部分:第一部分绪论:阐述温州发展生态循环农业的背景、研究的意义与目的、国内外研究现状和理论基础等;第二部分,分析清江镇发展生态循环农业的模式类型;第三部分,阐述清江镇生态循环农业的现实基础,并以示范区中清江镇花椰菜专业合作社、北塘果蔬专业合作社、欣欣种猪场三个示范主体着重分析第四部分,分析清江镇发展生态循环农业存在的主要问题;第五部分,提出清江镇发展生态循环农业的政策建议。研究主要结论:要着眼于转变农业发展方式、促进农业转型升级,大力发展高效的生态循环农业,以创建生态循环农业示范市、示范区、示范企业、示范项目为突破口推进温州市农业现代化建设。
[Abstract]:At present, the agricultural ecological environment in Wenzhou is facing a great challenge. Traditional agriculture is restricted by resources and environment, so the ecological pressure is more and more prominent. The severe reality determines that Wenzhou agriculture must take the sustainable development road of modern ecological circular agriculture. In recent years, under the background of "five water management together" in Zhejiang, Wenzhou has carried out the scientific development view in depth, taking the construction of agriculture "two districts" as the platform around the construction of "beautiful southern Zhejiang water village" and the development strategy request of modern urban agriculture. Adhere to the principle of equal emphasis on production development and ecological protection, and actively promote the development of eco-circular agriculture. This paper takes the development of ecological circular agriculture in Qingjiang Town of Wenzhou City as the research object. The contents mainly include five parts: the first part is introduction: expounding the background, significance and purpose of the research on the development of ecological circular agriculture in Wenzhou. The second part analyzes the mode types of developing ecological circular agriculture in Qingjiang Town. The third part expounds the realistic foundation of ecological circular agriculture in Qingjiang Town. And in the demonstration area in Qingjiang town broccoli specialized cooperative, Beitang fruit and vegetable specialized cooperative, Xinxin pig farm three demonstration main body emphatically analyzes the fourth part, analyzes the Qingjiang town to develop the ecological circulation agriculture the main question; the fifth part, Put forward the policy suggestion of developing ecological circular agriculture in Qingjiang Town. The main conclusions of the study are as follows: to change the mode of agricultural development, to promote agricultural transformation and upgrade, to develop highly efficient eco-circular agriculture, and to create demonstration cities, demonstration areas and demonstration enterprises for eco-circular agriculture, Demonstration project as a breakthrough to promote the modernization of Wenzhou agriculture.
