江苏省新型农业经营主体的科技需求影响因素实证分析

【摘要】：以江苏省主要的新型经营主体为研究对象,选取盐城、淮安、镇江等地区进行实地调研,运用Probit模型实证研究影响新型农业经营主体科技需求的因素与影响经营主体采用农业新技术的主要因素。结果表明:政府扶持和风险分担情况在1%的水平下显著为正,表明政府扶持力度越大,越能显著提高经营主体采用农业新技术的概率,并且采用新技术后所承担的风险越小,经营主体采用农业新技术的概率越大;而不同经营主体对科技的需求情况,主要由自身资源禀赋和决策者的风险偏好综合决定。当前江苏省农业科技供给主要由政府主导型的农技推广机构、大专院校和科研院所及农业园区3个方面提供,尽管取得了一系列成就,但同样面临着推广体制不健全、农业科研缺乏市场导向、产学研分离和农业园区后续管理不足、人才流失严重等现象。
[Abstract]:Taking the main new management subjects of Jiangsu Province as the research object, we selected Yancheng, Huaian, Zhenjiang and other areas for field investigation. The probit model is used to study the factors that affect the demand for science and technology of new agricultural operators and the main factors that affect the adoption of new agricultural technologies. The results show that the government support and risk sharing are significantly positive at the level of 1%, which indicates that the greater the government support, the higher the probability of adopting new agricultural technology, and the smaller the risk after the adoption of the new technology. The higher the probability of adopting new agricultural technology is, the more the demand for science and technology is mainly determined by the resource endowment and the risk preference of decision makers. At present, agricultural science and technology supply in Jiangsu Province is mainly provided by government-led agricultural technology extension organizations, colleges, universities, scientific research institutes and agricultural parks. Although it has made a series of achievements, it is also faced with an imperfect extension system. Agricultural scientific research lacks market orientation, separation of production, education and research, insufficient follow-up management of agricultural park, serious brain drain and so on.
