巢湖流域土地利用效益测度与综合判定
[Abstract]:According to the spatial differentiation of land use benefit, the optimal allocation of regional resources can be realized. It is very important to judge the benefit of land use reasonably. The difference of land use type reflects the diversity of land use benefit. Therefore, this study selects Chaohu Basin, which has rapid development of social economy and urbanization, and sets up different evaluation index system according to the two types of agricultural land and construction land. By using the entropy weight TOPSIS model and the two-dimensional quadrant method, the comprehensive evaluation logic model of agricultural land use benefit and construction land benefit in Chaohu Lake basin are measured, and the land use benefit in the study area is comprehensively evaluated. The results showed that the benefit of agricultural land in the study area was relatively low, the benefit range was 0.074 ~ 0.7129, and the regional difference was significant. Luyang District, Baohe District, Changfeng County and Shucheng County belong to the higher level, Wuwei County, he County, Jin'an District are relatively low. The benefit value of construction land has not reached 0.100, the benefit value range is 0.048 7 ~ 0.918 4, the higher area is concentrated in Hefei City area, Feidong County, Changfeng County and so on adjacent to Hefei County, Chaohu City, Lujiang County, Hexian County, etc. Hanshan County, Jin'an District, Shucheng County is generally low. The number of evaluation units classified into four quadrant types in the study area is 41.5and 4. combining with the connotation of different types of quadrants, this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for improving the benefit of agricultural land and construction land for each district and county.
