江西省浮梁县农业推广人员发展现状研究

【摘要】：农业技术推广工作者将先进农业技术进行传播,从而实现科技成果转化为切实的生产力,在提高农民素质中起教育作用,在制定农业方针、政策和农业发展计划中起参谋作用。因此,加强农技推广工作,完善基层农技推广体系,是当前和今后一个时期发展的重要任务,这也表明农业是我国的重中之重。为了更好地解决“三农”问题和服务“三农”,现阶段有必要对农业推广人员的发展现状、存在困境和解决对策进行深入探讨。本论文主要以基层农业推广人员为研究对象,首先介绍了本论文的研究背景、研究意义与研究目的、研究方法和主要的技术路线;采取实地调查、典型调查和对比分析法等统计方法,在综合分析国内外农业技术推广人员发展现状的基础工业上,重点分析江西省浮梁县农业推广、推广机构,特别是农业推广人员的发展现状,找寻其发展的存在问题,例如农业推广服务能力、动力以及工作主动性方面的问题,并从机构设置、管理体制、财政投入、内部管理、知识更新等五方面来提出推动江西省浮梁县农业推广工作者发展的有效策略。
[Abstract]:Agricultural technology extension workers spread advanced agricultural technology so as to transform scientific and technological achievements into practical productive forces, play an educational role in improving farmers' quality, and play an advisory role in formulating agricultural policies, policies and agricultural development plans. Therefore, it is an important task to strengthen the agricultural technology extension work and improve the basic level agricultural technology extension system, which also shows that agriculture is the most important task in our country. In order to solve the problem of "agriculture, countryside and farmers" and to serve the "agriculture, countryside and farmers", it is necessary to probe into the present situation of agricultural extension personnel's development, the difficulties and the countermeasures. This paper mainly takes the grass-roots agricultural extension personnel as the research object, first introduced this paper research background, the research significance and the research goal, the research method and the main technical route, took the field investigation, On the basis of comprehensive analysis of the present situation of agricultural extension personnel at home and abroad, the statistical methods such as typical investigation and comparative analysis, the emphasis is placed on the analysis of agricultural extension and extension organizations in Fuliang County, Jiangxi Province. In particular, the current situation of agricultural extension personnel, and the problems existing in their development, such as the ability of agricultural extension services, motivation and work initiative, are also discussed in terms of institutional setup, management system, financial input, internal management, This paper puts forward five effective strategies to promote the development of agricultural extension workers in Fuliang County, Jiangxi Province.
