旅游精准扶贫的概念、构成及运行机理探析

【摘要】：从我国扶贫大背景出发,给出旅游精准扶贫的定义,阐述旅游精准扶贫的构成和运行机理。指出旅游精准扶贫是由旅游精准扶贫识别、旅游精准扶贫帮扶、旅游精准扶贫管理构成的一个动态的有机系统,是精准扶贫理念在旅游扶贫领域的具体应用,它以实现旅游扶贫"扶真贫""真扶贫"为目标,是一种区别于以往粗放式旅游扶贫的全新方式。
[Abstract]:From the background of China's poverty alleviation, the definition of accurate poverty alleviation of tourism is given, and the composition and operating mechanism of accurate poverty alleviation of tourism are expounded. It is pointed out that the accurate poverty alleviation of tourism is a dynamic and dynamic system composed of accurate poverty alleviation, accurate poverty alleviation and assistance, and accurate poverty alleviation management in tourism. It is a precise poverty alleviation concept in the field of tourism poverty alleviation. The specific application of tourism poverty alleviation is a new way different from the extensive tourism poverty alleviation.
